Family fun time

Location was perfect for us - we had a wedding to attend in the area and all dinners, reception and after wedding get together were all in either walking distance or a short drive away. And its always good to find a place with four bedrooms so all kids and partners can be together.The balcony is very spacious and lovely view over the bay.We had a great stay, thank you

The Fine Fingal Apartment

The property was spacious with a large kitchen and balcony area great for bbqs and large groups to sit and eat together. The location was perfect with a short stroll to the beach and conveniently located above cafes, a grocery store and a service station. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Great location, really cool little bar downstairs

Really enjoyed the stay, location was perfect proximity to the beach, cafe and the bar/bottle shop/pizza place downstairs was a great bonus that we hadn’t expected. The host speedily resolved a minor issue which we identified on arrival.Would certainly consider returning.

Perfect family getaway

The location was great. Spectacular views and short stroll to the beach. The convenience of being able to duck downstairs to the little shops worked well for all the extended family. Kids got ice blocks parents got alcohol, fish and chips everyone was happy. The layout of the accommodation worked well for us and the huge verandah was a hit with all. Will definitely come again

Kind, Accommodating Host in perfect location

For those needing accommodation in the area for weddings/events at Saltwater Fingal Bay - this location and host was perfect! Our daughter got ready for her wedding day from this apartment which had everything we needed, both at the location and in the nearby surrounds, for a stress free stay/ wedding preparation. Chris was a kind host who was willing to help us out with extra requests and questions when needed. Can’t thank enough!

Great location

Perfect for our family of 5 and close to the beach and grocery store! We loved our stay here. Lots of space and lovely view. Pool deck was also great for the kids. Only area of improvement could be more in the way of basic household goods like more dishwasher liquid, foil, laundry powder, basic kitchen items like oil, pepper. In all other ways, a great stay!

Beautiful ocean view in perfect location

This was our 3rd summer in a row in this apartment and our family love staying here. The view of Fingal Bay from the spacious lcony is amazing. The apartment itself is modern, comfortable and very well equipped and perfectly located above cafes and a convenience store below. The pool is major drawcard as well. Fingal Bay is beautiful, calm and sleepy beachside but a very short drive (or bike ride) to Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay. We love this property and area - it has everything a family could want for a fun and relaxing summer holiday.

Great holiday property.

Very good property, very spacious with good facilities. For older people the bed in the main bedroom was a bit low. Nothing to complain about. We had a very good time. The property is very well located with great views. Thank you. We are hoping to return.

Weekend away

Location and villa was lovely. The bedding and light fittings in some of the bedrooms needed some attention. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous view from perfect apartment

Our family stayed in the property a second time after loving our previous stay. The apartment is spacious and modern with a view over Fingal Bay and only a 2 minute walk from the beach. The beach itself is perfect for families. With coffee, a convenience store and cafes downstairs and additional options a short, pleasant walk away further down the beach.

FINGAL bay apartment

First year staying at this apartment and we were very happy with the accommodation. It is very spacious and loved the rood top pool view from our bedroom. Would book again

Good: Amazing view (arguably better than the photos), huge balcony, living & kitchen. The general store below is handy. The pool area is nice and the complex is clean. Not good: Mostly fixtures/fittings issues. The internal exhaust fans in both bathrooms don't work (flooding the apartment with steam). The spa doesn't work. The BBQ half works (hot plate not grill). There are no ceiling fans (they do provide pedestal fans). The gas soft-close strut on everyone's front door (including this apartment) has gone. Overall though this is a good value stay.

Great Location

Great size apartment in a great location. We had some minor issues with linen when arriving but Chris was great to deal with once we got in contact. The only down side for us was the cleanliness of the property, the floors inside and out were quite dirty, tables and benches were very dusty, and dishes had been put away with food on them. If the cleaners could improve on this the apartment would be perfect.
