Our Cape Coral Stay

The home was neat and clean for our arrival. The beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture. Our only complaint was the patio furniture. It wasn't very comfortable for this 60-year-old plus group.

Weekend Trip

The home was as described in the listing. It was very clean! That is a huge plus for me. We were glad that it is pet friendly! It’s not always easy to find homes that will allow two pets. That is much appreciated. Another review mentioned the busy street. That is no joke. But we were patient and always got out with no problems.

Family trip

Visiting family after a worktrip in the midwest. Great location,close to alot of everything. Clean property with all the amenities safe neighborhood. Really enjoyed our stay!

The house was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. Everything we needed was there for our vacation to Florida. We walked every morning around the neighborhood with no issues. We appreciated the snacks and water for us upon our arrival. The property was convenient to shopping and places to eat.

Everything was great

Everything was as expected, and we had no issues whatsoever. My parents asked if they could get access to the property a bit early on Thursday, and the homeowners replied and said that was fine. It's a little bit of a drive from some of the main attractions in the area like the beach and the baseball stadiums, but we had our own vehicle and it worked out perfectly for us.

Yearly Pennsylvania Florida get away

The house was clean and comfortable for the two of us. All the essentials needed for our stay were there for us along with snacks and water upon our arrival. The check in and check out were seamless. Everything needed for us to do during our stay was outlined my the property owners which was helpful. I don’t know how the owners did it but, thank you for the beautiful weather during our stay.

Value for money, but on busy street

The house was as described -- the furnishings and construction quality are all fine and suitable for families, i.e. "not super nice but more than adequate". There is a decent sized fenced backyard for play. Main negatives were: 1. Located along a busy street -- there is room in the driveway but have to pay close attention when backing into the street and when shuttling small children from car to house 2. Series of minor inconveniences easily repaired (refrigerator tray broken, toaster lever doesn't stay depressed, kitchen chair with loose armrest) -- presume owners will do so

Quaint Stay

We enjoyed our stay and the house was very quaint. It looked like they had worked on the bathrooms to upgrade. The house was very clean and nicely stocked (even goodies left on the table. Nice when you arrive late). We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Great clean home. Central to most things.

The A/C went out and within 2 hrs it was fixed. Very responsive owner. Loved the coffee, cheese. crackers and water left as a welcome.

Excellent hosts!

Terry and Annabelle are amazing. Very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. There was a welcome basket with treats for my husband and myself as well as for the fur baby traveling with us which was above and beyond! Plenty of space for everyone and a fenced in yard which is a blessing for those of us traveling with fur babies. The house is on a major street and entering and exiting can be challenging if you are not accustomed to such a busy street but was overall a great two weeks at this property.
