Very nice vacation home

We rented the home from early January 2024 to late March 2024. Booking the home and the incremental payment requirements thru VRBO went just fine. Our property manager was Caroline Dunn. She advised us of the location and instructions to access the home in plenty of time before our arrival so we didn't have to worry about any of those details. The home was very nice, clean, and in a nice peaceful neighborhood. There were only a few issues that needed attention and Caroline responded and took care of them promptly with no problems which we greatly appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this rental home.

Thank God for Chad!!

I actually would like a partial refund. I was suppose to get an email or text with the pass code to access the key in the padlock on the front door. The management company never sent that email even after me registering on the app called Hospitality to check in. I did not realized this until i got to the property. I called their Maintenance hotline and left two or three messages. I waited for a return call which never happened that evening and ended up having to drag myself, luggage and two elderly women one with a bad ankle with their luggage to a hotel for night, upon waking up i got a call from Chad who was very apologetic, and professional. but the damage was already done. Chad gave me the pass code to access the pad lock to get the key to open the front door. Upon arriving at the property , i thought okay finally but once in it was a different story. I had to kill 5-6 roaches upon entering the property. ( counters, walls, floors) then for the next two or three days i was just killing them which made the stay extremely uncomfortable.

Villa Dascoli

Although the house was adequate, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors and mattresses. The major problem we had was that the heat and air conditioning didn’t work. The management company responded quickly by having the hvac company in to repair the system. Ken, the maintenance man, addressed our remaining concerns courteously and promptly. My husband and I were the main occupants. We did have family and friends stay with us for a few long weekends.
