Welcome to Villa Nina! This lovely vacation villa boasts almost 2,300 sq. ft. in an open-concept floor plan. The villa features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, ideal for larger families or couples traveling together as it can accommodate up to 8 people. It is conveniently located in the popular SW area of Cape Coral, with plenty of parks, shopping centers, and dining nearby. Close by is Sunsplash Family Waterpark, a family-friendly waterpark that offers 14 acres of aquatic fun, water slides, a lazy river, and a toddler section. If you want to get out and do a little adventuring, be sure to visit the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve with a walking trail, visitor center, and seasonal kayak rentals just a few miles away.

Living Room: The large living room area with volume ceilings offers a sizeable ceiling fan with an oversized, plush sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV where you can kick back and stream a movie or watch your favorite shows.

An additional guest suite with a queen-size bed and private glass sliders to the lanai and pool also has its own bathroom, which doubles as the pool bath as it has direct access to the lanai.

The last guest bedroom is perfect for the kids; there are two extra-long twin-sized beds, with a desk available to use for those who need to get some work done while away from home.

Pool/Lanai: The large glass slider provides you direct access to the spacious lanai and electric-heated pool. As you enter the lanai, you'll find a lovely lounging area with comfortable chairs for you and your loved ones to enjoy a friendly chat, or you can take a dip in the pool. Finally, end your evenings with a delicious barbeque on the propane grill and eat at the dining table by the pool.
