Built in 2022, this Southwest Florida home provides all the comforts you could want on your next vacation getaway. After a day spent stretched out in the sand at nearby beaches or exploring local nature preserves, take a dip in the private saltwater pool. With a gas grill and an outdoor dining table for six, the lanai offers a convenient perch for poolside barbecues with your crew. Proximity to shops makes it easy to pick up ingredients for home-cooked meals, while nearby restaurants give you ample options for dining out. Other attractions like Four Freedoms Parks, Fellowship Park, the Rotary Park Environmental Center, and Sun Splash Family Waterpark are all less than four miles away.

Inside the home, a well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a four-person kitchen bar where you can sip coffee and nibble on snacks. While the chef in your group prepares your favorite recipes, stretch out in the living area and flip through channels on the TV. A sunlit dining table seats four to meals. During your stay, you'll enjoy the convenience of a washer/dryer and the comfort of central AC.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
