Nice large unit in a good location

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious well equipped unit. Located near a number of food stores (and a good Starbucks 🙂) it was easy to shop and make meals on the premises. They also have nice common pool and hot tub. Recommended...

Playa Del Sol... Vacay vibe.

What a great find! We really enjoyed our stay. Four of us stayed for 5 nights in this lovely 2 bedroom condo. It is a corner suite, nicely decorated, lots of room with a patio and barbecue, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfy. The pool area is awesome with a fabulous view. The building is a 5 minute hike to the beach and it is an easy 15 minute e- bike ride into downtown Kelowna. Lots of bikes available to rent along Lakeshore Drive (which has many restaurants, coffee shops, and spas, ect).

Lovely condo just need some repairs/repalcemnt to the fridge and dishwasher

The condo is a great size and location for 5-6 people. It is off the main roads so we didn’t hear the road traffic or sirens. The cleanliness needs some attention. Our fees included cleaning but we were expected to start laundry of towels, take garbage and recycling out. On arrival we had to wash our bedding as it didn't look like it had been washed. If you are sent sensitive it would be good to ask they remove the electronic air freshener and be sure to bring your own laundry soap, fabric softener and personal supplies as everything was scented.

Summer in may

We love the location. Quiet residential neighborhood away from downtown. Easy access to all bike trails and shopping. H20 pool within walking distance. Many beaches a stone throw away. Main floor access. Roof top pool and hot tub at the end of an active day. Kelownafornia.

Great 6 week stay!

Overall, the place was wonderful and was in a great location! Walkability to shops was great at 10-20 minutes and the lake was essentially right across the street. The condo was mostly clean, however, there were quite a few cobwebs upon arrival but there were cleaning supplies available. Everything else was clean and tidy, the beds were very comfortable and it was easy to get into the condo. I would most definitely stay here again, it was the perfect location for various reasons!!

Such a great place!

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect! Nice big window looking out over the creek it was so quiet and peaceful, we never heard anyone! Parking is close to the door ehich is so convenient. Well equipped, great response to any questions. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great syay!!

Good stay at the Pandosy residence. Only one thing that cannot be changed...the Sun was on the wrong side of the building.

Great Stay

This is an excellent unit for location in the building and also in Kelowna, close to everything. The unit was well equipped for cooking, it was very clean. Communication with the owner was easy and he was always quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, had all the amenities we needed.

This place was a in a great location with lots of restaurants in walking distance. It had everything we needed. My only complaint is that I wish the hot tub had been open. We were looking forward to soaking and enjoying a view of the lake.

this is the email i sent Stephen, Dear Stephen, First of all we were quite pleased with the condo and supplies. We were very disappointed that the pool and hot tub are not open (never once mentioned in your description or in communications). We were also informed that we had not access to the games room which again in your pictures made it look like we did. We feel the property was falsely represented. We specifically rented your condo because of the amenities. It was to late once we arrived to change condos and decided to make the best of it. On Saturday (our last evening) wedecided to BBQ steaks. We purchased $60 in steaks only not to light the BBQ with igniter and no BBQ lighter in condo. I don't want to leave a bad review as i feel you should be able to correct the issues. FYI not sure who cleans for you but they are not very thorough as the floor in both bathrooms need a good clean. that was my email to Stephen... We were told once we inquired that the pool and hot tub does not open until canadian may long weekend. and that vrbo guest have no access to games room yet in pictures of this property show all 3 amenities

We spent a comfortable week in this nicely situated condo. The layout is great, parking as well with easy access to the suite. Lovely green area out the patio doors with a nice walking path along the creek and large trees giving shade. Parks and beaches within walking distance. It had everything we were looking for and we would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable & Convenient

Close to walking trail, shopping and beach’s. Quiet and cool patio when it’s hot out with weeping willow trees. Interior had everything you need to feel like home.

Palya Del Sol stay

We had a lovely 4 months in this apartment. It was "as adverised", although the furniture and appliances are getting a little tired. The location is fantastic - close to the lake, to walking trails, shopping, restaurants - and we found it convenient to get to anywhere we wanted to go in Kelowna. We were able to watch squirrels, deer, racoons and even an owl in the trees outside the windows. Stephen was a very responsive and accomodating host.
