Wake to spectacular sunrises over the ocean! This beautiful property offers an ocean front master bedroom and a fabulous, enclosed balcony. Open the windows to feel the warm salt air breeze while soaking up all the sights and sounds of the beach or keep them closed to stay cool while keeping an eye out for dolphin pods. A comfortable bright living area offers table seating for 6 to gather for meals prepared in the well-stocked kitchen. Your day at the beach or the pool are merely steps away. The Atlantis building offers an ocean front outdoor pool and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment. With an open floor plan, you can enjoy the ocean views from your living area kitchen and master bedroom.

September to Ocean City MD

Good Weather, Good Location to All Shopping, Venues.Variety of Restaurants.Do not visit during Biker Week. Too Noisy All Hours. Will visit Again. Condo needs new Twin beds and TV repair in Master.. Called for Service on Sunday, nobody came.

Definitely has had pets in unit

Upon entering, the property smelled strongly of cat urine which the cleaners tried to mask with cheap air fresheners. I went to the store and bought spray air freshener as well as electric wax warmers to try to help with the smell, to no avail. The couch, floor and bed dust cover had animal hairs all over them. I called to let them know of the smell but they only offered to "have maintenance look at it." I specifically reserved a pet free room because my children are allergic to pet dander however two of my children left our vacation with sinus congestion. Not how you want a vacation to go!

The property was not cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival. The bathroom floors were sandy. There was food on the floor under the dining table. The table in the sunroom had crumbs on it. One of our keys did not work to open the door to the property. It worked for the restrooms located on the ground floor but not the actual condo we stayed in. I called to report the key not working and the concerns with the cleanliness of the property. The person I spoke with offered to send a cleaning crew but we had already swept and wiped done everything ourselves. They also said we could stop by and pick up another key but we were able to get by with the one key that worked. The Atlantis in in a great location. The view from the sunroom was perfect. There was also a view of the bay from the entrance to the unit. Pool was great. Security was helpful when we got locked out of our room. There is a lot of potential in this prperty but we'd look elsewhere next time. We probably would look for next time.

Great Location on the beach!

Unit is exactly as described with beautiful views of the Atlantic. Would have preferred an actual 'balcony', but the 'sun room' was nice and still allowed for full view of the beach. Mostly clean (wet clothes left in the washing machine/dirty clothes in the closet), but nothing that couldn't be easily rectified. Perfect location for restaurants and grocery. Everyone had a blast! Beach is busy in season, so get out early to get a good spot! We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property

We enjoyed our stay at the Atlantis. Our unit 808 was just as pictured and clean with a great view. Will definitely stay there again. Everyone at the rental agency were friendly and very helpful.
