Om du gillar spektakulär utsikt är den här lyxiga enheten vad du letar efter. Panoramautsikt över havet, bukten och hela Ocean City. Du kan se hela vägen till Bethany. Den 4 juli har du främre radplatser till fyrverkerierna. Denna enhet har alla glasfönster från matsalen hela vägen till vardagsrummet. Sitt bara och koppla av och njut av panoramautsikten. Det är väl underhållet med uppgraderat kök och mer. Du kommer att njuta av din vistelse och kommer att komma tillbaka nästa år! Det är en lägenhet med 2 sovrum, 6 sovplatser och har en utdragbar soffa. Det finns två badrum. Det stora sovrummet har en säng i Kalifornien, det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Sängkläder och handdukar / tvätt av kläder ingår inte. Men jag erbjuder ett linne- / handdukpaket inklusive alla sänguppsättningar mot en extra avgift på $ 120. Skicka mig ett meddelande och begär detta praktiska fullservice och hämta i enheten. 3 TV-apparater i vardagsrummet och en TV 26 ”och 18” i vart och ett av sovrummen. DVD / VCR, CD / iPOD stereo, kabel, GRATIS WIFI, telefon, central luft, tvättmaskin / torktumlare. En parkeringsplats för Prime Time, mer under lågsäsong. Lågsäsongen är 16 oktober till 30 april!
Under säsongen 1 maj till 15 oktober beror en kontantparkering och byggnadsavgift på $ 50 till säkerhetsvakt på Capri condominium complex. Parkeringsplatsen är 211.
Ingen tilldelad parkeringsplats under lågsäsong. Gratis parkering erbjuds på Gold Coast Mall eller på bibliotekets parkeringsplats för en liten parkeringsavgift. Båda platserna ligger över Coastal Highway på gångavstånd från Capri-komplexet.

Amazing view in stylish condo

Nice place with a perfect view!

This was a perfect getaway for my husband and I with two teens. Amazing views and very clean. The $75 registration fee is a bit tough to swallow but was communicated to us well in advance by our lovely host and is a condo requirement, not that of the host. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Beautiful view, amazing location

My 70-year old mother, my 9 year old daughter and I all stayed for 5 days here. The building was easy to find, in a wonderful location and steps to the beach! A hurricane going up the coast prevented us from swimming in the ocean but the beach was still amazing. And the building had a pool which was perfect. Great stay, clean space, very comfortable and had everything we could want and need!

Neat and tidy, with great views. Appliances were great, kitchen had spices and cooking utensils, pots, pans. We had just a couple instances where we needed to contact Anette and she got back to us quickly. You do need your own linens, but beds were comfortable. No indo$75.Parking is

A nice place to stay

A very spacious accommodation with great beach views - and sounds. The beach is easy to reach, parking is easy (though the fee is now $75) and it was clean and well-equipped. Plenty of dishes for those like us who like to cook for ourselves. Comfy beds. My only concern is the need to bring our own linens. I feel linens should come with a place at this price. Overall, though, a very nice stay,.

July 4 - July 7 Stay

My family and I stayed during the above referenced dates. This is our second time staying at this rental and can truly say, it's a wonderful and pleasant experience. Fantastic view & host!

It was our 2nd time staying in Anette's condo with memories of our last trip to get us ready. The view is just as amazing and Anette is phenomenal about staying in touch with any questions from booking through our stay. The only difference from our last trip was having to bring linens (hint: a queen size top sheet fits well as a "bottom" on the King size bed!). Otherwise, it's within walking distance to the grocery store and many shops and is a perfect size for our family of 4. Highly recommended!

Inaccurate description of property

This property is not “Ocean Front” as advertised but Ocean side view. The so called front view is really facing the opposite building and thus no privacy. Complimentary toiletries like toilet paper and towels were not there in one toilet. The towels in the other toilet seem to have been used. There were no trash bags as indicated in the check in list in the bathrooms cabinets or the janitor closet. Mirrors in both the bathrooms and near the kitchen had or bubble marks. Didn’t realize that we had to bring our own bed linens, pillow covers, bath towels and toilet paper. The owner could have alerted us about this. Much cheaper hotels have complimentary toilet paper, bath towels, bed linen etc.

Another great vacation at this property

Anette was very responsive in all aspects leading up to the stay and during a check-in mixup that was not her fault. The previous tenants had not vacated the property/unit per the contract and had sent the cleaning crew away earlier in the day telling them that the crew had arrived a day too early and that they had the place for another day. After ensuring the tenants vacated asap, Anette coordinated an after hours cleaning when most places seemed closed, so we could continue checking in. Despite getting a 2-3 hour late start to our vacation, everything else was perfect. Thanks to Anette for being so responsive and ensuring we could check-in promptly even though her previous tenants were mistaken.

We consider this property our home away from home. We love the location & proximity to the beach

This was our 2nd stay at this unit. I love the Hostess because she communicates well and responds to my text and messages quickly. I can be a sort of a pain in the butt, but that didn’t stop Anette from responding kindly and quickly. The security and staff at the Capri condominiums are extremely accommodating and helpful. The beach is walking distance from the back door. And every restaurant and family attraction is a quick car ride. I thoroughly enjoy this rental. I’ll be back.

On the beach

The property is exactly as advertised. The views are spectacular, and it is located directly on the beach away from much of the hubbub of OC and the boardwalk. It is well furnished, and communications with the owner/manager were excellent. The only comment (and it is not really a complaint) is that I would advise those staying to bring their own bed linens. Sleeping with a rubber mattress cover, while understandable from the owner's viewpoint, is nothing I am accustomed to doing, and was a major distraction.

Overlooking the Atlantic

Thanks Annette for providing a great location and lodging. We walked to the beach right outside the patio exit. It was nice to have shower stations with hand wands at the edge of the patios to rinse off all the sand. We used the lockers extensively to unpack and restock. Thanks for the beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella. The super king size bed in the master was a treat. The fold out couch in the living room worked well with our adult children and the 2 twin beds were perfect for our grandkids. It was nice having 2 bathrooms to accommodate everyone's needs. It felt very secure with doormen very present. The elevators worked very well and most times had a short wait to board and get to and from the 14th floor(a worry we had) We parked one of 2 cars across the street along a road next to the Gold Coast Mall that was a short walk & worked well. The parking spot you provided worked great. We did have a few rainy days and the indoor pool fit the bill for the kids along with the arcade game area. I would talk to management about the machines though. Many of them ate up quarters and did not work😣 But we loved the PingPong (thanks for supplying the paddles and ball) and the airhockey. Recommend people bring a basketball because the small court is very nice and was not being used that much! Thanks Annette
