The Indoor Space

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary small appliances (including Coffee Maker, Air Fryer, Ninja Bullet, Slow Cooker) and utensils to enjoy making all your meals. For added convenience, a full sized in suite washer & dryer are provided during your stay.

Relax in your living room enjoying the direct lake view watching the boats go by with a glass from one of the many local wineries or curl up in front of the cozy fireplace in those cooler months. Central A/C keeps you comfortable throughout the seasons and a SmartTV keeps you connected with your favourite streaming services.

The primary bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom, full-size closet, and armoire with an additional TV. The secondary bedroom has two double beds with a full sized closet and armoire. The spacious main bathroom has a freestanding walk in shower, vanity, and lots of storage. The living room has a new pull-out Sofabed as well for added sleeping space.

Cable and unlimited WIFI is included ensuring you have access to log into your favourite streaming service or work remotely.

The Outdoor Space

Whether enjoying your patio, private dock or sandy beach, the outdoor space will not disappoint. This villa has direct lake view with a private grassy area for friends and family to enjoy a game of bocci or let the kids play freely. The plexiglass covered pergola protects you from any rain and outdoor roller shades provide shade on hot summers day. Outdoor patio dining furniture seats 6 adults, with additional sectional loungers and a full sized BBQ. Sit back, relax and enjoy a meal outside with friends & family as you look out over the glistening lake!

Across the road you will find a private dock where you can jump in the lake for a swim, chill in your floaties, or moor your boat after an afternoon waterskiing (moorage available by request).
