Denna designer dekorerade "home away from home" är perfekt för alla i stan för affärer, omplacering medan han letar efter / väntar på att byggas nytt hem, familjesamlingar / återföreningar / bröllop, etc. Det är mycket välutrustat, är bekvämt och mysigt. Den har en enorm kul zenliknande trädgård med en chimenea och utomhusgrill. Om du håller dig på lång sikt, kanske du är intresserad av de sju upphöjda bäddar som är klara för plantering och det fantastiska växthuset!
Detta mysiga, bekväma hem har 2 familjerum, alla med stora platt-TV: er, ett kontor, ett stort, ljust fullt utrustat kök, 1 badrum med dusch / badkar combo, 2 sovrum (ett med en liten TV) och ett tvättstuga med ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare.
Historiska Roswell har blivit en "destination" på grund av dess hip, blomstrande, olika restauranger, shopping och konstdistrikt på Canton Street och det omgivande området med 30+ restauranger, många prisbelönta! Det saknas saker att göra i Roswell, vare sig det är en historisk rundtur, en kulturell händelse, besöka konstgallerier, utforska Chattahoochee eller njuta av en av de många prisbelönta parkerna och spåren. Njut av Roswells berömda "ALIVE IN ROSWELL" gatuparti den tredje torsdagen i varje månad från april-oktober! Roswell har också många evenemangs- och bröllopsplatser inom en radie på 2 till 3 mil ... Vi är stolta över att bo i Roswell och vet att du kommer att njuta av vårt hus och Roswell så mycket som vi gör !!

Nice Stay in Roswell

Terry provided a true home away from home. The house was very clean and comfortable with many nice appointments and extra touches. It was convenient to Historic Downtown Roswell’s restaurants and shops. Would happily stay here again.

Week long baseball tourney trip

We came into town for a baseball tournament. The house and area was perfect. House provided all we needed for the 4 of us, plenty of dining options nearby, and a wonderful park nearby we enjoyed during our downtime (cages available for batting practice and wide enjoy the exercise trails). We would definitely rent again if we come back to the area.

Very Enjoyable!

This property was absolutely perfect for me, my husband, and our son. The house was very roomy with its two separate living rooms. The outdoor area is welcoming and well maintained. Upon entry, we first noticed how immaculate the house was. We stayed there while playing in a baseball tournament and it was so relaxing to be able to come back to this property after a long, hot day. No need to bring anything but clothes. Everything else we needed was provided. We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever!

charming cottage

We needed a home to stay while our home was having repairs and hardwood floors replaced. Terry worked with me with the dates because of contractors and insurance claims. It was perfect for my husband, me and my 2 French Bulldogs. It had a lovely fenced backyard that we all enjoyed.

Wonderful Cottage

The house was so cute. The photos don't do justice to it. It is so much cuter than it looks. It is very conveniently located - easy walking distance to Canton Street and close to all kinds of shopping centers. My wife and I were there for almost a month and there was a room I used to work remotely and my wife could watch television on the other side of the home. There is a wonderful outside area that is partially covered and a gas grill. We can't wait to stay there again.

Perfect location!

Such a great home with an awesome backyard for the pups! The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved the short 10-20 minute walk to so many fun restaurants, shops, and a cute farmers market. Our stay at Terry’s place couldn’t have been better! I highly recommend Terry’s place to anyone looking to stay in the north metro area of Atlanta.

Wonderful!

Terri is such an amazing host! We were lucky enough to book our stay at the last minute. Our water heater burst on Easter so we needed to find a temporary home ASAP. Terry was so kind and helpful. She made sure that we were able to check in as soon as possible. The home was clean and perfect! I’m so thankful for that we were able to stay in Terry’s wonderful home!

Clean and Homey, Great Location

We stayed here for a month in July while visiting family. This is an absolutely wonderful home, and so close to all of the downtown Roswell eateries. The big yard is great to look out on while having your morning coffee. Terry keeps a super clean house. She thought of so many great touches, from laundry supplies, coffee and cold waters in the fridge to cozy, lovely decor. She’s responsive and quick to take care of anything you need. We highly recommend this place for a long term stay!

Nice, Quiet Short to Midterm rental house near Historic Roswell

Comfortable 2 BR, 1 Bath Cottage 5 blocks from Canton Street in Roswell. Nice, comfortable and quiet home in quiet location in Roswell, GA. Clean, comfortably-appointed rental. Nicely decorated. Quiet neighborhood. Living room, family room and den area. 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Spacious utility room with washer and dryer. Lovely backyard with garden beds, greenhouse and tool shed. Outdoor private patio with wood-fire heater and gas grill. Enjoyed the property and would return for another stay.

There were so many thoughtful details that Terry provided. She was so easy to work with, and it was great being within walking distance to Roswell. It’s such a fun location. I would recommend this or any of Terry’s other properties. She is a wonderful hostess.

Quiet hideaway near city

Beautiful home on tree lined street with best parking I've ever had. Everything in one level - like having hotel suite without neighbors! Great restaurants including breakfast nearby. Quiet, comfortable, and convenient- highly recommended.

Great location off of canton street

We stayed in this house for a few weeks while we were in between closings on homes. The house had everything we needed. The yard is huge and a plus was hearing music on weekends from a restaurant nearby. We loved being able to walk to canton street restaurants and shops. This house would be a great place to stay if you’re in town for a wedding in Roswell since there are no hotels nearby.

Became my home!

This has been the perfect "home away from home" for me and my wife as we have needed long term accommodations. We have been here for 6 months and have actually just extended our stay for another month and may need longer. Homeowner is awesome, house is well decorated, fully equipped, and cozy and comfortable! Highly recommend!

Home away from home!

Terry is the ultimate hostess! Her cozy home was warm and inviting, with all the comforts. My family and I were able to move right in and instantly feel at home. Easy walk to lots of restaurants; very central location. Quiet neighbors. Terry was very responsive to any and all questions. A perfect place to stay!

My name is Terry Brown and I have lived in Roswell for just under 40 years, have raised all 5 of my children here and have been very involved with the city throughout the years. I have watched this great city evolve from a small country town into an amazing "destination"! I am so proud to live here! I am an artist, I am passionate about interior design, and love hospitality, and that's why putting my homes on VRBO has been a perfect combination for me! My husband's and my first home is on Prospect Street and through the years we bought the 2 houses next door, so now all 3 are on VRBO in addition to a 4th home that we purchased on Canton St. I'm pretty positive that you will enjoy staying in any if my homes! Everyone so far has, and they sure do beat a hotel room!!
