Home away from home during renovation

Great location nearby for us to stay during some reno work at primary residence. Walking distance was a bonus as was close to some of our favorite restaurants.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our time in Roswell at this charming property. Everything was exactly as listed. We walked all over from here...amazing restaurants, coffee, and shopping so close. We would most assuredley stay here again!

Jason’s hospitality was top notch, he was very helpful and communicated extremely well. Nice quite home and beautiful yard. Easy access to many great areas. Short walk to Canton St and all that Roswell offers

Great Location

This cottage is in a great location! Walkable to downtown Roswell (Canton St) and also close to anything else you may need (Publix, Target etc). Jason was an excellent host with great communication as well! Beautiful fenced backyard and deck. The only downside is the neighbors have all their AC units and pool equipment (as well as chickens) facing the house so it can be noisy).

Nice House and Yard

I really liked the house and my dog loved the backyard. Jason, one of the owners, was great at communicating and you could really see the professionalism in how everything was set up. The place was clean and the bed was comfy. They provide essentials to make the stay nice. My only issue was that the house was not as walkable as I thought it was, and there were a lot of notes asking you to be "respectful" which was a turn off for me, since I always try to do that.

Idyllic setting, exceptionally clean and comforts were all thought out for us. Not far from Canton Street. We enjoyed the large back deck and private setting. We travelled with our dog who was in heaven in the fenced back yard. We will be back for another stay if available. Our host was available when any needs or questions arose.

Great house

The house was perfect for us to stay while in Georgia for a baseball tournament. It was clean, has a great deck and back yard and the communication with owner was great.

Lovely home

This was a lovely home, nicely decorated, and close to restaurants and shops. It was clean and beds were super comfortable. Had all of the amenities you would need. Nice deck and backyard to enjoy.

Perfect for two

This property is as good as or even better than the photos. It is the perfect house for a couple and is close to the Roswell restaurant row. Very well furnished. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with a glass of wine in a very quiet neighborhood. Jason, the owner, was great at communications about our arrival and departure. I highly recommend this listing.

Cozy Cottage

Cozy cottage is a clean, lovely accomodation in a excellent section of Roswell. Host accommodated our needs and responded quickly to our questions which we appreciated. May I suggest a bathroom sink with countertop or a shelf unit above the toilet as there is no space to put toiletries.

Great Roswell home

The house was perfect in a great location that is walking distance to downtown Roswell. The owner was very welcoming with a personal hand written note when we got there. The house was very clean and very nicely decorated. Huge backyard for our dog. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.
