Family Getaway

Great location and a very spacious property offering plenty of outdoor activities (tennis, pool, spa, and horse watching!) plenty of room for 10 adults.

Nice pool great out door play area Excellent house

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this property. located in a very quiet area surrounded by a green landscape. specious clean house with a massive pool, spa, and a tennis court. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate.

Holiday.

We loved our stayed in the Villa! Private, comfortable, spacious and a very beautiful scenery. The communication between the host was awesome, very responsive. The Location was perfect only 20mins from town. Looking forward to our next stay here in the future.

Lovely countryside property

Gorgeous house with so much space for a group of 9. With 3 showers and toilets, no queues and such an easy getaway. Pool side party was also great fun. We loved seeing and interacting with the horses. We also hosted a tea party for my family one morning with the owner's permission, which was a huge drawcard seeing as most properties don't allow even quiet gatherings. Fast communication from the owner, overall great place to stay!

Very Relaxing!

Best place we stayed in a while. We have previously paid lots of money but always had some sort of issues with properties. Loved the small gestures like photos on the cabinet doors to tell us what was in cupboards. Definitely will come back . Thanks for lovely stay.

We were a bit disappointed. Property is a bit tired but was clean inside. Pool needed to be cleaned and the spa pool also.Pool is not heated or adequately maintained. It needs to be chemically treated professionally before guests arrive.The contractor did arrive to clean after we complained but the pool never looked properly clean even after our constant attention. A good size house thou in a very nice setting. Wifi was not working on arrival. Owners clothes were left in one bedroom and he called by on first night to pick them up unaware there were guests staying. Tennis balls supplied were suitable for dogs, not tennis. Paddocks surrounding the house are leased out to horse owners, who are very friendly, but which brings flies to the house which were a pain when doors and windows were open along with odour from horse dung. The house RAT showed itself at different times so be careful about leaving doors open when no one on the deck. It could get into the house.Our guests thought the beds were very hard. 2 queens and 2 kings upstairs. Electric gates can be a bit frustrating getting in and out. A small thing but don’t always work first time. You may have to back away from either side. Location to our venue for our wedding was good although getting on to main highway can be a bit tricky at times. There is an alternate route under the bridge, (local knowledge). Considering what we paid to stay for 5 nights it was a little disappointing.

Highly disappointed

We booked this location as our wedding accommodation for our first look and our day after BBQ. After communicating with the host they agreed to allow us to have our day after bbq here on the condition that we do the event clean up for it which was 100% agreeable with us. When check in day came we received no instructions of how to check in until I messaged them. They had forgotten we were coming. The lawns were being mowed as we arrived. The pool was green and the spa was broken. Neither were usable for the duration of our stay. There was a wasps nest outside in the deck and wasps in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The cleaner hadn’t been but did a quick visit once we mentioned to the hosts that the place wasn’t clean. Upon mentioning everything to the hosts they cancelled our stay giving us a full refund but allowed us to stay for the duration of our booking which was a appreciated considering that our day after event had to be cancelled as the place was generally not safe- specifically for children to be in. The place can have 12 people but doesn’t have 12 of anything in the kitchen and has generally just been left as an unkept weekend family home and not set up properly for guests. The neighbouring land also hosted horses which was nice but we weren’t made aware that people would be coming to look after their horses at any hours and their access was through the same driveway as us making it far less private than we thought.

Relaxing luxurious stay

We found the property relaxing and luxurious and spacious.Six bedrooms with king or queen beds in rooms were very satisfying.Space to relax for large families or groups.Great to get away.Ownets were easy to communicate with.Would stay again.Would recommend.

Lovely home in the country

When we weren’t out and about, the kids spent all their time either playing tennis or in the hot tub. A very relaxing home.
