Located on the East end of Big Bear Valley in the Sugarloaf area, you will be about ten minutes by car to the ski resorts or downtown Village yet secluded in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, enjoy a short walk to newly opened Maple Hill Trails or the local Sugarloaf Park for access to a kid's playground, baseball and basketball field, plus the public Skate Park.
Boasting comfy mountain furnishings and décor the moment you enter the lower level of the home, you will enjoy a wonderful feeling of comfort and home here at Maple Ridge.
