Super Comfy Heated Queen bed, down comforters, hot water bottles & plenty of extra blankets make for a cozy sleep & the bed opens on to a glass enclosed gazebo dining room with views of the mountains to get you up & moving in the mornings.

The owner was friendly, generous suppling a lovely bottle of wine advice and ride to the airport. Excellent view and super comfortable bed. No faults!

Stephen’s apartment was such a relief after being in and out of hotels for the previous portion of our trip. Stephen himself is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The view from his property is stellar. We watched the New Year’s fireworks from here and our view was perfect. The apartment is well-appointed, with lots of thoughtful options to stay warm in the Queenstown chill. It’s a short walk from town as long as you’re capable of handling incline/decline (and if not, it’s a cheap Uber ride). Having more of a homelike accommodation during a long vacation is such an underrated benefit - we will definitely be back, and I would recommend Stephen’s property to anyone!

Great spot close to the centre of Queenstown.

An excellent self-contained space with easy access to everything in Queenstown. Stephen, the host, was very helpful and considerate. In all it was a great place to stay.

Nestled in the perfect spot on Panorama Place this property has a view encompassing the Remarkables Mountain range all the way around Lake Wakatipu to Mt Nicholas with Queenstown Golf Course on Kelvin Heights sitting like an island in front of Cecil Peak.
being at the top of a Cup de Sac ensures total privacy & a almost eerie quite considering how close we are to the vibrant downtown of Queenstown & it's over 150 bars and restaurants
P.S. Please remember about that eerie quite, as noise travels like crazy & Queenstown has noise Police that will ticket you & the guest is responsible ! not the home owner

The off street parking for your car & a short Taxi or 5-8 minute walk down to the Mall & it's bars & restaurants keeps everybody safe, I suggest doing the Taxi on your way home unless you want to burn off that amazing Seafood Spaghetti from "The Cow "
