Great Property

Great townhouse that suited our family of 5. Good quality linen and towels to use. Very well insulated, lovely gas fireplace for ambience, very comfortable place to stay. There are extensive roadworks directly outside the property which was frustrating at times and we did call noise control on our first night at 11pm to shut them down.

Loved this property

Beautiful property and very convenient. Loved that we could walk back and forth to town. Only reason I gave location/neighborhood a 4 star rating was because the street was torn up with construction while we were there and workers were walking back and forth close to the house throughout the day. Obviously can’t control these things and when the road is fixed the property will be even better! I would love to come back and bring my family. It was a great stay. Thank you!

Perfect Queenstown

Visiting with friends and this property was great. Beds and bath were clean and comfortable. Walk to town was close. Some hill climbing on return but doable.

Very close to town

Location is very convenient. 10mins walk to town. Property was very clean. However it will be nice if guests could be provided with some additional basic items like long life milk in the fridge and some shampoo/conditioner.

Fantastic for Family

We recently had a short stay in Queenstown for a family getaway! We can not recommend this accommodation any more! The location was convenient (although the hill can be a killer) and we walked everywhere to save hiring a car. The property managers were easy to talk to and very accommodating. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

5* Prefect for what we needed

Great property. Perfect for what we were after. Very short walk into town. Single carpark garage. Versatile kitchen and all you need. Loved the Fridge as it had a water dispenser which was very good for us. Bathrooms clean and tidy. Main bathroom had two shower heads opposite each other which our infant son loved having his own shower.3 Bedrooms, all a great size. All and all happy with our stay

Queenstown Homestay

This property served our family of 4 adults very well. It is a short walk to the centre off town and has great views. Everything was very clean, all appliances worked and we really had no complaints about any aspect of our stay here.

The furnishings and property were exactly like described and shown in pictures with all the modern amenities. It doesn't have much of a view but the bonus is that it is an easy 5-10 mins walk into town. The house is very well insulated and very warm. We would definitely stay here again. We accidentally left a bag at the property and the management made sure were able to collect it a couple of days later.

1/15 Melbourne St Queenstown

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Initial impressions were what a lovely property, modern, clean and lots of space. BUT we would not stay here again....the aircon did not work, leaked water really badly and clearly had not been serviced. We were told it would be fixed within 2 days however when we left 4 days later no one had been. We were staying in one of the hottest January's on record and the bedrooms are all upstairs with no aircon or fans so we had to leave windows open for ventilation and the noise from surrounding properties meant that little sleep was had. A major hotel is across the road and the buses park directly outside the property leaving early in the mornings. There were frequent parties and rowdy comings/goings in the early hours from the neighbours. One night we observed guys from the apartment behind us vomitting and urinating around the property. While the Property Manager did make an effort to get fans for us there were none available and overall we were less than impressed given the cost of this accommodation.

Reviewer Comments: Queenstown Modern was close to the fun, entertainment, great food outlets and restaurants and in a had everything you would want when you are staying at a house on holiday. The showers could of had some hooks / shelving, otherwise the place was clean, modern, easy to use appliances, comfortable. A bigger bin in the kitchen would be great where the allocated area is for the dishwasher. A beanbag which had a patch on had bust open, we reported this immediately to let Goodstays know about it.

Quality and internet speed were our major requests and we really did not have anything to complain on! Additionally, it was quite convenient to have washing machine in the house. In general: that was the nicest house in which we stayed - up to now!
