This ground level apartment is well-equipped and exceptionally comfortable. It's North facing with fantastic sun and warmth and it offers a private sunny courtyard & two off-street car-parks.
More about the location - You'll be just a stone's throw from the local Countdown and FreshChoice Supermarkets, and a short walk from many fantastic local eateries, cafes & the much-loved Nelson Saturday Market! You'll also be within walking distance of the Queen's Gardens, Suter Art Gallery, the Cinema, the Riverside Pool, and of course you'll have immediate access to the beautiful Maitai River & associated local walking trails which connect to cycle & mountain-biking trails.
**Special conditions & notes**:
- No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.
- Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm. Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm). Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).
- Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.
**Cancellation, COVID travel restrictions, Compassionate Circumstances**:

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.
