Enjoy a BBQ or relax in the spacious living room and make use of the full kitchen. Sunny, warm, modern home with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the fabulous views. Happy short stay

Tahunanui Beach House

We had a wonderful time in Nelson. The house was great for us as a family and we greatly enjoyed taking our Labrador to Back Beach most days. Owner Mike was wonderful - welcoming and so knowledgeable about perfect places to take both the Grandkids and the dog. Property views are wonderful however would suggest since it is on a hill, a car is essential.

Weekend stay

Four of us stayed 2 nights while in Nelson for an event, house had everything we needed to be comfortable and beautiful views, would definitely stay again. Wasn't a major issue for us but are couple of areas where floor levels change slightly and could catch people out.

Fantastic location. Great views. Everything provided you could possibly need to cook and host on holiday. Plenty of space. Fabulous stay, next time in Nelson (Feb) I will be booking this house again. Thanks for having us.

Good location

Great stay. Just a liitle frustrated at the fact that linen etc was a extra charge of $15 per day. First time i had to pay extra for linen

Amazing Views

Property was lovely with everything you need for a proper NZ stay. Kitchen is well stocked and living area is comfortable. The views down to the coastline are amazing morning, noon, and night. Great stay! Thanks Mike

Family holiday

We enjoyed our two night stay. The weather was amazing for wintertime. There was plenty of room for our family and our dog was welcome too. Fabulous views from living room. I enjoyed walking down to the beach to meet the grandchildren. I would recommend this spacious house and would definitely stay again. Thank you.,

You can't beat that view!

Lovely warm home, great quality linens etc. The home is a wee bit tired but beautifully presented. The view down to the water across to the ranges is amazing. We sat there in the afternoons into the evening marvelling at the change of colours and light. Well set up. Even has a coffee plunger (that gets a gold star as we do love our plunger coffee). Thank you to the hosts.

Great place to stay

We loved our stay, the house was really nice, the view was gorgeous and it was a very comfortable stay. Mike was great and very friendly. Would absolutely recommend this place to people.

Nelson Kalimna

Spacious stay for just the two of us. Main floor has lovely views and nice open design. There are more bedrooms and a bathroom in the walk-out basement that we did not use. Unit is a little rustic but was very comfortable, including the main floor queen bed. Hosts are in house next door and are very friendly and attentive to issues, with many great suggestions on what to see. Would stay again if we get back to the area.

Perfect location!

The ideal location to head down to the beach, water park or into Nelson, or out to the Abel Tasman...and a fabulous view! Kalimna had everything we needed for a great family holiday, a really comfortable home with all the amenities in a great location. Thanks Dianne and Mike:-)
