Clean Modern in the Woods - good value if you don't need on the beach

We were very happy on arrival with the modern construction and amenities. Easy to find with smart-phone navigation and keyless check-in worked with ease. Nice wooded surrounding and paved road access. New modern design multi-level A-frame, well insulated against summer sun, good windows, some A/C, great stove/fridge/full-size laundry. Great beaches within a few minutes drive, and lovely hiking trail to restored trestle a few minutes walk down the road. Really appreciated the well-stocked spices/coffee supplies to cover what we forgot to bring. Some trouble with hot-tub controls that we have passed on to the owner.

Lovely cabin in the woods

The host was there to greet us and we had a lovely bouquet of beautiful flowers sitting on the counter . This is a great place for families to stay .! We enjoyed the hot tub and the little boys liked playing on the hill. I recommend. a stay there , it was peaceful and private .

Perfect peaceful location

We loved everything about it! We were there for boarding school tours and it is close to both Shawnigan and Brentwood. It’s a perfect peaceful getaway.

Awesome cabin in the woods!

A very beautiful wood cabin with very nice modern appeal. We had a great stay at this very clean and well kept property. A lot of great memories created around the deck and the kids loved the swing set. A great host that quickly dealt with few minor details , definitely keeping this place on our possible return list!

Exceeded Expectations

If you are thinking about renting at this location, do it!! You will not be disappointed. The area is so peaceful and serene. You're surrounded in nature with many hiking trails, and outdoor adventures to take part in. The house itself is beautifully renovated with a calming feel throughout. Between the large deck, hot tub and fire pit area this is more than enough outdoor space to take in the tranquil scenery. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepair full meals. The bathrooms, especially the upstairs shower are amazing! I cant say enough about how comfortable the space is. As for customer service, they far exceed any expectations I could have had. There was an issue with the hot tub when we arrived, and they had a service person up within the hour, after hours. It was fixed that night and we were able to enjoy for the remainder of our trip.

Great hosts and great stay

A beautifully crafted modern cabin with the best of both worlds. The host were very accommodating and helpful. This place has all the comforts of a nice hotel with the ambience of a rustic cabin in the Woods. Would 11/10 recomend .. we will be returning soon.
