Welcome to Beach Palms, your local, family owned Condo and Beach Cottage development located directly across from Siesta Key Beach! If you are looking for a clean, quiet, family oriented environment for you and your guests, look no further than here! Featuring several unique beach cottages as well as condo style suites, Beach Palms offers you a unique set of properties to make your visit special.

Yellow Palm Cottage is one of three two bedroom, 1 bathroom cottages that Beach Palms offers. These comfortable cottages feature their own outdoor patio for you to enjoy the outdoors, several hot tubs around the property, as well as an above ground outdoor pool for use. Each unit is equipped with a small grill as well for your use. The cottage features a King sized bed in the main bedroom, as well as a Full sized bed in the spare bedroom. There is a twin sized bed in the main living area as well if additional sleeping arrangements are needed. The kitchen is equipped with an electric double burner cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and basic kitchen utensils for those evenings indoors.

Enjoy the beach from the public access number four, located directly across the street from the complex! You cant get any closer than this...with each cottage including beach chairs for your party. There is also a beach cooler, and some beach toys for your convenience located there for no additional charge for use. Propane is provided for you in the grill areas as well.

Yellow Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at the yellow cottage. So close to the beach (access 4), as well as Siesta Key Village. No need for a car, you can walk to everything. We wish the bathroom was a little larger. The configuration of the shower is close to the toilet and it’s hard to keep the floor from getting wet, when you take a shower. Other than that, we communicated with management, before and during our stay and they were very responsive. They also let us leave our luggage in their office, since we had extra time before leaving for the airport and needing to check out of the cottage. Because of the proximity to the beach and the siesta key village, and it was nice and had that beachy feel, I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Cottage short distance to beach

The cottage was close to dining and the beach. The only suggestion would be to modify the shower as so that water doesn't get all over the floor when showering.

Very Gross

This place had cockroaches all over the interior and the bathroom had a rotten smell. We ended up having to leave and stay somewhere else. The owner acted as if I was trying to take advantage of them by complaining. I offered to come meet them, they did not respond. The place was located in an amazing location, but just was not comfortable or hygienic.
