Perfect location, decription isnt correct

The location and cleanliness was top notch. I would recomend to stay there.The description needs to be updated. It says the place has a murphy Bed. It doesn't. It has a blow up.matress.for the 3rd bed. That was a problem since i need 3 actual beds. I had 1 couple and two friends that didnt share a bed. The description made that not be a problem but it was a problem.. Other then the bed situation in the description it was very good. The description of any place is super important. That needs to be fixed asap.

Location, Location, Location

The location was phenominal...however the A/C did not function correclty so we woukd wake up at 4AM sweated down and 85 degrees. There is definitely is an electrical issue the lights would frequently flicker and dim even without bad weather. Lastly the host never responded when there was a leak in the living room that required all the towels in the rental to contain. So when it rains, you have buckets of water leaking from a beam in the ceiling. The rental itself is in shambles, but the location is prime. Oh and one of the beds felt like a half deflated air matress.

2-weeks at the Bungalow

The location is outstanding - directly across from the public beach. House was well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Only issues were the mattresses in both bedrooms were too soft for our liking. A firmer mattress and the use of a box spring would have made definitely raised our rating. In addition, the internet was sporadic. A few times during the 14 days, the router would disconnect leaving us with internet or TV for 20-30 minutes at at time.

Good Siesta Key Location

The property was as described. Very close to the beach. Had everything we needed but the refrigerator was not very cold and the freezer did not freeze ice in 3 days. Beds were comfortable.

Siesta Key bungalow

The most amazing location. We did have a roof leak due to some really heavy rains. They came and checked on it quickly. I would recommend new mattresses but that is the only thing. Very budget friendly and you cannot beat the location.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our vacation in Siesta Key! We loved the location of the house just across the street from the beach and an easy walk to shops and restaurants! We’d love to visit again one day.

Perfect place for enjoying the beach and village

At the last minute, my son decided he wanted to celebrate his 21st at his fav vacay spot: Siesta Key (well, SK Village #iykyk). Found the perfect rental for the couple of nights we’d be there and it was just a short walk to all the fun spots! I would definitely rent again via Rent Siesta Key!

Beachside Getaway

Property was wonderfully located across the street from an amazing white sandy beach. Restaurants on the beach were within walking distance. Property was updated and clean. Mattresses were very comfortable.

Beach front condo review

It was a very great location to stay. A bit pricey for only staying two days but you are right across the beach and only 15-20 minute walk from the main strip. Easy check in and check out with no contact needed to get in or out which is nice for anti social people. I really enjoyed this place overall!

Spring Break

Great location. Place desperately needs cleaned !! Floors are filthy, doors are worse. Extra construction materials and paint cans using up space in bedroom closets as well as under the bed. Time on vacation is precious, the property manager does not know the property details very well. Should be able to tell us the type of coffee maker, which consumables are provided etc—instead it was all “wait and see”.

Close to beach and town

Great location - right across from beach access point and close to town for meals and shops. Murphy bed was perfect when we added an extra person last minute - easily went back in place for extra room during the day. Coffee bar perfect to get the day started! Bring your own dishwasher pods and extra kitchen garbage bags - little skimpy there. Otherwise highly recommend this place.

Fabulous location

We were so happy with this property. We knew we would love the location from previous visits however, this property exceeded our expectations. The inside was lovely, the kitchen and bathrooms were updated and the coffee bar was an added surprise. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

This property was perfect. My husband and I went with another couple so we each had our own bathroom. The house was right across the street from the beach and a short walk to the village. The trolley stop was located just outside the house so we caught that a couple times. Would definitely recommend.

Could’ve been better

On my regular trips down to see my elderly mom, i am on the lookout for properties that also include basic essentials. Forcing everyone guest to buy salt and soap and the whole bit is short-sighted. I won’t stay there again even though it met my needs bc it’s just a ‘cold’ way to treat people. It’s cheap to provide a basic tiny soap and dumb to throw away basics every time.

Prime location

The house was mostly clean & very roomy for our family of 4. Plenty of towels. The traffic is pretty noisy on a weekend nights. This is Not the owners fault but there was some young adults who were staying in the unit 4 behind us with 2 loud diesel trucks & they kept coming & going all hours of the night. One parked right in front of our unit & the other one on the side. You can hear anyone outside talking or walking by. It kept me up all night Saturday as I’m not use to all the strange random noises in a new area. The couch was uncomfortable. The master bed was uncomfortable & there was sand and food in the side base of the beds. The first bedroom door was a little tough to open & close. I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the coffee bar lights at night as we had one sleeping in the living room. You can walk right across the street to beach access. Short drive to the village for shopping & dining. The location was great. Parking could be tight if all 4 units are rented out. Washer/dryer are outside behind unit 1 with detergent. Plenty of beach chairs, Mats, noodles, & sand toys which was convenient. Master shower was nice & hot. Bathrooms nice & roomy. I would recommend tvs in the rooms as we liked to relax and watch Netflix at night, & a chain lock on the doors just to feel a little safer at night.
