Eftersom detta är ett slut stad hem enhet, det finns så mycket dagsljus, kanske du inte vill gå ut! :)

GREAT PLACE!! GREAT LOCATION!!

Everything was perfect!! Host was always available for questions. Everything was clean and well stocked. Great location for a family or friends. Only note - only television was in familycroom in basement.

PERFECT Location and very clean!

What a great property! Just a block away from Center Street and the downtown. Our daughter had a dance convention at the Utah Convention Center and it was PERFECT. Really close to BYU campus as well and not far from the mall and other attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and the owner was very communicative and thoughtful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our favorite place!

I’m hesitant to leave a review because I want this townhouse to be available every time I come to Provo. This was our second time staying here. It is so nice and has everything we need! We are so comfortable here! It’s the perfect place for our family to stay.

Wonderful Provo Cottage

Amazing property and location! We were in town for OSU-BYU football game and everything was within walking distance or you could catch the bus for free. Great restaurants within a block or two walking. Host was great and would highly recommend if you’re in Provo for a game.

Great location, lots of space

This cottage checks all the boxes for a great stay in Provo. Very clean and nicely updated. The basement was a cool and comfortable place to get some work done when the temperature outside topped 100. Be aware that the damage deposit is vastly out of line with similar rentals. Overall a great value.

Downtown Provo

Great location and property. It was very clean and comfortable. Basement was a real plus. Owner was very responsive to questions about the A/C. Would definitely stay here again.

Delightful stay

My family had a great time spending our weekend here. We were walking distance from many stores, restaurants, the library, and we enjoyed taking walks around the friendly neighborhood. Everything we needed was supplied including a pack n play. The basement was spacious and the perfect place to relax at night.

Perfect location and host

We love the location and its so easy to walk to downtown provo. Host was very responsive. Recommend the women owned cafe at the end of the block for breakfast at Locals Brunch House.

Lovely little townhome in a great location.

Clean, cute and comfortable town home. It was a great walkable location, it had everything we needed to eat at home. I would definitely stay again!

Great place. Very comfortable.

This place was great. Everything was very clean. The house was welcoming and comfortable. Loved that there was a garage! The kitchen came equipped with lots of supplies. Property manager is very organized and kind. Definitely would book again without hesitation!

Downtown Cottage Visit

This was a nice home right in the heart of downtown Provo. The location is fantastic, the home itself was clean and had a great layout, the garage for parking the car was a plus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Rental

This was exactly what we hoped it would be. A lovely home with comfortable beds, nice showers, plenty of bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is basically the basement TV room - which is great for common areas, but not so great if you wanted that 4th bedroom to be a private area (we didn't need it, so it was great for us). The 2 car garage was great as well.

BYU Game

We came to town for the BYU/ISU game. The house was a great location and perfect for our group of 5 adults. The bus to the stadium was only 1 block from the house and very easy to use. Jen was a great host who gave us many ideas and was quick to answer when we had questions. If we are back in 2 years for the game, we will definitely look into staying here again.

Wonderful Townhome

Our group came for 4 day event. This home was lovely and is so comfortable. It is centrally located and easy to get around. Home was quiet at night. It is equipped with everything that is needed. Well done! I hope to stay for are annual event again next year.

My husband and I have lived in small town Utah for 22 years but recently moved to Midway. Both having grown up in the city, Provo is chance to visit the city life. We are big BYU fans and wanted to make some memories with our 6 kids while attending events in Provo. We use the town home too (once in awhile), so please treat it as your own! :)

Varför värden valde detta boende

My husband and I bought this home to share with family and friends to visit BYU, city life and something unique. It really is in a perfect location to visit sites in Provo (downtown, BYU, the mountains, temple etc). We love the fact that SO much is accessible by walking or renting an ebike or scooter. Adults and kids can feel safe in this neighborhood. If you love trying different and funky restaurants this is your place.

Having visited multiple vacation rental homes, this home is unique in that it isn't in a typical apartment style living. The neighborhood is charming and safe. We pride ourselves on having a very clean townhome to offer you. With the restaurants, culture, recreation center, temple, and SO much outdoor activities, it is a great central location for so many options. We hope you enjoy your stay!! :)
