Villa Southern Retreat is the perfect home for guests seeking a modern upscale residence with a large south facing outdoor pool/spa area for fun in the sun. Situated close to the ever popular Tarpon Point Marina in Cape Coral, the home was completely renovated from top to bottom in 2023 so this feels like a modern home.

On stepping through the home's entrance you will be greeted with the very popular Great Room layout where living, dining and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. Decorated in cool, modern beach-y tones, the quality of this home is instantly apparent. The Living area is furnished with comfortable sofas, Smart cable TV, desk and chair for remote working plus views over the pretty pool area. The Kitchen has been finished with white custom wooden cabinets and designer marble countertops. Stainless steel appliances complete the Kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks. The Master suite is spacious and upscale in its' appointments. It comes furnished with a sumptuous King size bed, Smart TV and sliding doors to the pool area. The adjacent Master Bathroom completes the Master area of the home. The Master Bath has a separate walk in shower and his and her basin area.

The guest bedrooms and bathroom are located on the other side of the house in a split plan design so to provide the ultimate in privacy for all guests. Both Guest Bedrooms feature a King Size Bed + Smart TV for streaming so this home is an ideal choice for 3 couples to share. The Guest Bathroom is adjacent to the Guest Bedrooms and has a Bath Tub/Shower combo plus basin and toilet. There is also a door to the pool area from this bathroom for extra convenience when out on the deck.

On stepping out through the sliding glass doors, the south facing pool/spa deck area is over-sized with plenty of space for lounging in the sunshine, alfresco dining or sitting quietly at the Outdoor Living Area, reading a good book! The home is also equipped with a large gas barbecue. Stepping out from the screened pool deck area, there is a private dock area. A great place to engage in a bit of fishing in the canal just like the locals do.

Lovely Home Away From Home

The property was lovely and as described. Nice to have the living area in the center and bedrooms off to each side. Property manager was very helpful and quick to reply when we reached out. Nice quiet neighborhood in beautiful area.

Great location, loved the pool and soa

We have rented in this area for quite a few years now and always enjoy coming back. We enjoy being on the canal, the sunsets were phenomenal. The house worked perfectly for our family of five. I messaged with the property manager a few times and he promptly responded. Would recommend to anyone.

Property is exactly as pictured and described. The property management and communication was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked and the heated pool and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed every day.

Great getaway!

Best mattress ever! Everything was top notch. We were relaxing in the pool and hot tub everyday except the last one (if it hadn’t been storming we would have been in then too). Hope it will be available the next time we are in Florida!
