Enjoy Florida waterfront living in this tastefully decorated spacious Southern exposure vacation home featuring a pool table and a living room that opens to the patio & outdoor area. The patio is equipped with outdoor seating and lounge chairs, dining furniture, grill, heated pool and spa.

Villa No. 1 is located in a quiet neighborhood in the preferred Southwest part of Cape Coral.

A variety of dining and shopping options are within easy driving distance, including the fishing village of Matlacha and its many waterfront restaurants and shops featuring local artists, as well as Cape Harbour, a full-service marina with upscale shops and restaurants. Everyday shopping needs -- groceries, pharmacy, postal services, etc. -- are also within short driving distance.

Great place.

We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks and everything was wonderful. The place is very well stocked. The pool and hot tub are very clean and easy to use. My only negative is that it would have been nice to have a railing to get in and out of the hot tub.

wonderful trip

The home is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. I walk everyday and felt completely safe. We even had the pleasure of watching "burrowing owls" across the street! The house was clean and mostly well appointed. There are a few things that need changing. There is no blender not a big deal but it would be nice. We are readers and the lighting in the home was very poor. I also rented here for the use of the pool and hot tub for my elderly mother. The problem was there is no way to safely get her into either one. There is no railing to hold onto therefore she wasn't able to enjoy the hot tub. I was able to get her into the pool with the help of a chair for support. There is an extra cost for heating the pool and hot tub. Also be aware that if you are traveling with an older person, the main bedroom bed is very low, and the dining table inside is bar height and difficult for some to use. We did use the porch dining set often. Overall, the home was very nice, and the property managers were very helpful and did take note of the various things I mentioned here.

Excellent stay

Our family of 4 stayed at this house over the Christmas week. The house was as advertised, and we really enjoyed it. Nice location close to many restaurants. Spa and pool temperature was easy to control with the remote.
