This new modern 3 bedroom 2.5 bath boasts the best view in the Mad River Valley! Enjoy exclusive views of the Sugarbush Ski trails! It sits on a very large private lot with direct access to the local biking & hiking trails. Only minutes from Sugarbush Ski Resort, Mad River Glen and downtown Waitsfield, this location can't be beat. Experience all Vermont has to offer from this unique vantage point with surrounding views while enjoying all the luxuries of a brand new home.

Please message through the booking medium or email before calling or texting for fastest response. Available during normal hours M-F 9-5 and for emergencies during reasonable non sleeping hours.

Brand new home located on very large private estate and borders a small working farm at the end of the driveway. It may be possible to see livestock grazing the pasture or the occasional tractor drive off in the distance.

Access to the entire home and property. Four wheel drive and snow tires are required for safe travel in winter months in this region of Vermont.

Four wheel drive vehicles with snow tires are highly recommended for all winter travel throughout the state of Vermont.

Perfect House for Your Family Getaway

For those interested in a clean, comfortable and well-appointed home, this rental is for you. The home's location is convenient to Sugarbush and Mad River Ski Areas and is a short drive from the downtown Waitsfield area. MRVRM made the check-in/check-out processes a breeze and were easy to communicate with. Our only wish for the house was that there was a fireplace to cozy up next to following a long day on the slopes. As per the listing, if the weather is questionable, accessing the property could be quite difficult without 4WD and proper tires.

Beautiful new, clean home with spectacular views!

Loved the home, location was excellent and would definitely come back. However, make sure you have a 4WD car and are experienced driving through mud and ice… it can be a trek with mud season and storms.

New home, very comfortable, highly recommended

We had three adults and two children 9 and 13 in our group. This is a perfect home with a lovely view of Mt. Ellen as seen in the pictures. The home is very modern and heated from under the floor on the first level, which makes the floor warm on cold days. It was 11F outside when we arrived on Monday. All expected amenities are available, from plates to pots and pans, towels, coffeemaker, etc. New washer and dryer and modern appliances. The house is 5 minutes from the base of Mt. Ellen and 12 minutes from base of Mt. Lincoln, both at Sugarbush. We skied both mountains, they are linked by chairlift if you want to park at the closer peak. Closest restaurant is the "Hyde Away", which also has a nice but small bar. We ate there one evening and had a fine meal with a very, very long wait (school vacation week). The rest of the evenings we cooked at home. It is at the top of a hill facing Mt. Ellen, so plan your vehicle accordingly. We would happily stay here again. The Asbridge Family
