Quiet, clean great 2 day stay

Everything as advertised. Fantastic quiet neighbourhood. Be prepared for a good walk to ammenities/ nightlife on Main if withought a car. Knight st is closest bus stop to the stay. Knight will also get to Broadway. From there you can get to anywhere or walk 20- 30 ish to Main street for a bus to downtown or skytrainComfy set up good for single or a couple.

Apartment in Mount Pleasant

The apartment was comfortable, well located, clean, and accommodating. We had a little difficulty locating it as it is behind the numbered unit on the check in instructions. Other than that, we had a lovely time. We would stay there again.

Fantastic stay in a gorgeous neighborhood

Went to spend the weekend in Vancouver and found this gem of a place. Helpful instructions on places to go in the suite, lots of extras such as games and amenities as well. Would definitely stay again

Short 4 note stay

Found this place to be exactly what I was hoping and expected it to be. All the right amenities and comfortable bed!! Did have the pattering of little feet above us that happened in the am and again in the pm, but not super disturbing for us. Would use again when coming to Vancouver!!

Beautiful neighborhood, very comfortable stay

We really loved being on a quiet street only a few blocks from the Kingsway, and from there downtown Vancouver. The space was very comfortable and clean. Definitely a great option

Cute apartment

Stayed here for the long weekend. It was very clean and in a good area. About a 25 minuet walk to Main Street with lots of breweries and restaurants. One thing to note is there are young children above/beside that will wake you up around 7 am. It didn’t bother us, but some people may want to know.

Comfortable stay in Mt. Pleasant

The place was perfect for my wife and myself. The host recommended several great eateries that were within easy walking distance. The location was a perfect spot for us to explore the Vancouver area.

The studio apartment was comfortable. It was close to the bus stops, which made it easy to get around Vancouver.

Safe and comfy

I was traveling alone and felt really safe staying in the neighborhood. The place is clean and cozy and the host was very kind. Not too far from downtown if ubering. Expo line is also available walking distance. I did not get to check out local spots. I did get confused on an entrance a bit maybe i red it wrong. But the entrance is right around 1215 unit.

Ideal apartment for our stay in Vancouver

A residential area which meant we were able to enjoy a small outside space in the evening. Laundry facility was great and enabled us to wash our clothes before the next stage of our travels. We found the numbers 19 and 22 buses were great for getting us to the waterfront/downtown. Communication with Lauren was first ckass

Easy spot for quick work trip

A good option for those looking for an alternative to a hotel. Host was communicative, flexible, and laid back. Was clean and had all the basic amenities I required for a quick work trip—did not see a washer/dryer which was advertised, but also did not need one so I did not look too hard for one. Several doors or cabinets were labeled "do not open" so perhaps it was hidden in one of those? Would have been nice to share. Home was a bit too far from the hustle and bustle for me to want to stay there if it was during a vacation, but the quiet neighbourhood worked well for a work trip. Fairly accessible to some key bus routes and allowed me to use public transit easily during my stay. Overall would stay again!

Not exactly the "comfortable home base" as advertised

If you're fond of cramped spaces and a constant stream of noise, then congrats – you’ve found just the place. First things first, finding the suite. It's a challenge. The entrance is tucked away at the back of the house, accessible through what's generously termed an "outdoor patio" but is more accurately a neglected space hidden by overgrown trees and unkept grass, leading to an unmarked door. Not exactly the most welcoming start. Once inside, the advertised spaciousness feels exaggerated. The suite is actually a small, cramped one-bedroom apartment, with furniture crowding much of the limited space. The bedroom in particular feels especially tight, made worse by the oversized dresser occupying too much of the small room. The biggest issue is the constant noise. The thin ceiling amplifies every sound from the floor above. Noises from above are impossible to escape; you'll hear every footstep (and many), every toilet flush, every slam of a dresser drawer, and the distinct gurgling and draining noises of the dishwasher as water rushes through pipes. Since the laundry room is located next to the suite, you'll also hear the noise of a running washing machine and dryer for any laundry done by others. During our stay, this noise was constant. Aside from the noise, the sleeping amenities weren't great. The queen bed was particularly uncomfortable and the bedding and pillows are in dire need of an upgrade. For a peaceful stay, you may want to consider looking elsewhere.

Comfortable and Convenient

Excellent suite. We were mosty out...but it was also a good set up to get some early morning work done. It is in a prettu residential neighborhood so about a 20 minute walk to shops, cafes and restaurants.

Vancouver Guest Suite

The lovely Vancouver residential neighborhood where this guest suite is located is what makes it highly rated for me. The host was easy to communicate with, although there was no extra need to do so. The main property is lovely and this guest suite was developed with care as an addition to the main house. The attached suite arrangement is typical Vancouver. The ceiling of this suite is the floor of another unit and the plumbing sounds from upstairs and next door are also shared. Okay for short term stay but this would be a problem for me long term.
