Located in a 1912 heritage home with plenty of natural light, wood floors, high ceilings, exposed brick, industrial-style kitchen, and marble bathroom floors. Enjoy dinner at home, a beverage on your private back deck or nestle in after a long day. Steps from all Commercial Dr. culture offering great coffee/food, local pubs, shopping and Trout Lake; very central to all Metro Vancouver, 2 blocks from transit.
The space:
Quaint private deck and seating area off the main entry with garden/mountain views; separate deck off the front which gets sun throughout the day. Spacious and open concept, throughout. Also includes a dedicated workspace with a door, as well as a sofabed in the living room which sleeps one, comfortably. (Extra linens provided).
Guest access:
Free parking space when you arrive and keypad/code entry; everything is accessed from the back lane. Backyard and garden space is also yours to enjoy, at your leisure.

Original BC girl! I was born in Princeton, grew up in Kamloops and made Vancouver my home nearly 25 years ago. I really enjoy being a host and offering guests a beautiful space to stay in while visiting our diverse city and landscape. I'm a professional Interior Designer so for me, evoking emotion and creating experiences through the built environment are one of the things I'm super passionate about. Being able to extend that sentiment through my home, to my guests, is really special for me.

A culturally rich and authentic neighborhood, Commercial Drive - also known as The Drive - is one of the best and most colourful shopping, dining and nightlife districts you will find in the city; and boasts home to Vancouverâs own 8 block officially designated Little Italy, representing more than 60 years of Italian heritage. Day or evening, The Drive offers 22 full blocks to explore with over 300 distinct merchants, including quaint boutiques, an eclectic collection of restaurants, a vibrant live music and bar scene, dinner and dancing, theatres, coffee houses, specialty food stores and bakeries. Trout Lake in all its beauty is a mere 10 minute walk from this location; a true oasis in the city. It also hosts a Farmers Market every Saturday from April 1st - October 28.
