Om boendet

Welcome to Surf and the City. The name explains itself, offering a location with the very best of both worlds; ocean & beach access 6 minutes away, surfing 20 minutes away in Jordan River, and only 5 minutes to shopping, entertainment, breweries, & restaurants.
This 800 sq. foot fully private ground level suite is tucked away in the Sooke Mountain Basin, with serene mountain views, in a quiet new subdivision. It features beautiful craftsman woodwork throughout.
This is a brand new custom built private suite, built in 2023, with lots of natural bright light, spacious living and dining area, a large bedroom and bathroom, & a private enclosed patio with its own gate. This fully separate guest suites is backed onto our garage - and mudroom. Our living quarters are entirely upstairs, and we don't use the ground level for anything but entering and exiting. We are a quiet, mature marries couple with no children, and one small quiet, non-yappy dog that lives with us.

Wonderful place to stay in Sooke BC

This was an excellent place to stay in Sooke, it was in a quiet residential are but close to lots of stuff. The hostess gave lots of idea's where to eat and what to see. We stayed 2 weeks and she did our linens and towels after 1 week which was nice. The check in was flawless and the place looked just like the pictures. Would highly recommend this as a nice get away.

Sooke stay

Used to staying at the local Prestige hotel - this one is closer to town and way more room at a much more affordable cost. Would highly recommend.

Clean and modern guest suite

Location was good, suite was very clean and cozy. Loved the breakfast at Cathy's and our hosts were very accommodating and friendly and the communication was great. Would stay here again if staying in Sooke.

Home away from home

This newly renovated roomy apartment was clean, comfortable and practical! Lots of well thought out details! Decoration was simple but beautiful and facilitated relaxation at the end of a long day. The owners were extremely helpful when we had to solve a very unexpected problem. We highly recommend this little paradise!

quiet and relaxing

This is a great property for a couple. It had everything we needed and it is in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood and there are even some walking trails right beside the property. It is not within walking distance to the waterfront or restaurants, shopping but you are only minutes away and the quiet setting is worth it. Kaleesha and Steve were very helpful and responded quickly to any request we made. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

5 Star Very Clean Brand New Suite

Very clean well stocked beautiful brand new suite. After being on the road 10 days, our only minor issue was no laundry accommodations which we knew prior to booking, thinking there was a laundry mat. The problem was the laundry mat has very limited hours and we had booked a charter to go salmon fishing so the laundry mat hours didn’t work for us. This is a 5 star place and the price is super good for what you get!
