Just beyond, the dining table offers seating for four, perfect for sharing meals and creating lasting memories. The modern kitchen features all the necessary amenities, from a convenient dishwasher, and an efficient electric range, ensuring that whipping up your favorite dishes is a breeze.
Impact windows and doors throughout the entire space allows the natural light to flow in, creating a warm and inviting ambiance throughout your stay.
As you explore further, discover the stylish hallway bathroom adorned with elegant finishes and a frameless shower, offering a touch of indulgence.

Neighborhood Overview
This duplex is located in between North & South Miami, which means it's only a short drive to all of Miami's best attractions! Escape the chaos in a quiet neighborhood without losing the benefits of being close to all the action. This duplex is also only 15 minutes away from the airport!
Head to Coral Gables (25-minute drive) for high-end boutiques, eateries, and more. Check out Caja Caliente for delicious and unique Cuban tacos or come for brunch and try the guava pancakes. MKT Kitchen is another option if you're looking for more deli-style food: pastries, sandwiches, and family meals. If you want to spend the day in Coral Gables, make sure to check out the Shops at Merrick Park for sophisticated and high-end shopping and excellent dining.
Only 20 minutes away is Calle Ocho in Little Havana, a thriving and lively cultural scene with bright murals, delicious and authentic Latin food, and Latin American art galleries.
This duplex is also only 20 minutes away from the iconic South Pointe Beach, a beach at the southern tip of Miami Beach. Snap a few pictures of the gorgeous panoramic views and take in all the sights: the shoreline, the palm trees, and Port of Miami's cruise ships. You'll also be less than half an hour away from South Beach, one of the top Miami attractions. Spend the day on the beach soaking up the sun, then spend the night on Lincoln Road!
As for other Miami destinations, this duplex is only 20-minute drive to Brickell and Coconut Grove. Stop by Brickell, Miami's financial district, for new and trendy restaurants and bars. Coconut Grove has a very different feel: eclectic, historical, "fun and funky". If you're in the area, Vizcaya Gardens is a beautiful and memorable spot to check out.

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.
The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided.
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am.
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000.
This property is dog-friendly with an additional $385.00 fee per pet for stays of less than 30 days. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry)
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted on this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.
Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past Airbnb reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend the check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Internet/Cable:
The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.
Starter Supplies:
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.
