AquaChill & make some memories at this unique, family friendly holiday home. Absolute waterfront, with nothing but a grass reserve between you & the beach. A perfect place to relax & unwind.
You could spend your days out on the water, on the Mountain bike trails, Surfing, or just Chilling on the deck. No matter how you spend your time on the east coast this is a perfect space for you.

Enjoy a fully equipped full size kitchen including a Thermomix.
A modern bathroom with a double shower & a full size laundry with front load washing machine, ample storage. A king size for the main room, a Queen with a full built in wardrobe in the second bedroom & in the third bedroom a Queen & single bunk beds + this space can also be a kids play room with a couch & Xbox, heaps of LEGO + other toys supplied.
Ample off street parking for 3/4 cars & a or boat
There’s something for everyone at AquaChill on the bay

Amazing stay

We stayed here with a family of 6 and dog. It was the second time staying here. As last time, this was again an amazing experience throughout. Clare even left some Christmas presents for the children. 10 out of 10. We'll be back.

Great Location and every thing you need.

The house was everything we hoped it would be. The location is superb and the kitchen had everything we could possibly want. The is even a lockup shed where we could store our eBike. Clare was very helpful and friendly and answered the couple of questions we had very quickly. I would strongly recommend this house to anyone wanting a relaxing, stress free break.

Most stunning view

Aquachill was the perfect getaway for our family. The home was clean, the beds were comfy, it has all the necessities and the views were absolutely magic. Clare was easy and friendly to liaise with and everything was as we expected. Our furry family member had the perfect fenced yard to play in. The kids rode their bikes exploring the safe reserve and the beach. We loved every minute and will absolutely be returning. Thank you so much claire and amdrew.andrewand and the beach

A Gem in Steiglitz

We stayed at Clare & Andrew's beautiful Bay side property for 3 nights ! When I say Bay side ! It is the property and then out on the deck, then the bay is literally at your door! Simply amazing, you will want for nothing when you stay here, The king-sized bed was one of the best beds I've ever slept it I could go on and on about this property! But do yourself a favour and stay here you will absolutely lovr it ! And its pet friendly.

Great location

Really nice place to stay. Nice and clean and great outlook! Wish it didn’t rain the whole time we were there!! There are a number of security cameras around the place which was a little off putting at first but got used to them.

Amazing views, the house is beautiful with everything we needed. The yard is secure for the two dogs we took with us. They also enjoyed themselves! We all highly recommend this house. Thank you to Clare and Andrew. Communication was fantastic too ❤️

Gorgeous spot to relax

We had a really great stay at AquaChill! We stayed for a week with extended family and enjoyed relaxing at the house and doing activities in the surrounding area. We definitely were sad to leave and wish we'd been able to stay longer. The property was as described and communication with the host was responsive and helpful. The view out the front is just fantastic - right on the water with no obstructions to the view. Beds were comfortable and the facilities had everything we needed. We'd stay again at AquaChill in a heartbeat!

Stunning location!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at AquaChill. As the listing says, this property IS "absolute waterfront" just a few steps from the beach, with fantastic views over Georges Bay to St Helens and surrounds. AquaChill is a spacious, modern, well appointed home in a quiet location just a short 10 minute drive from the centre of town. Spotlessly clean and super comfy beds round out a highly recommended "home away from home".

Amazing Aquachill on the Bay

Stayed with 3 adults and 5 kids, stunning location, great layout, well equipped, the welcome bottle of wine was an unexpected but delightful surprise! We had stormy weather for a day but the Smart TV, internet and abundance of supplied family board games made the time fly, only a short 10 min drive to the heart of St Helen’s, 20 mins to Bay of fires. Will definitely stay again.

I am a local Tasmanian, Wife and Mum of one - we enjoy anything "sport" related and if we haven't done it we are always willing to give it a go.
I wanted to become a host to help other families have an amazing holiday and feel relaxed in a self-sufficient house and be able to make some great memories of their own.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I am a local Tasmanian who has been so super lucky to grow up coming down to St Helens for almost every school holiday and "free" weekend my family had. This area for me is full of amazing memories with all my extended family and cousins as a child just Chilling out on the beach, exploring the Peron Dunes and fishing on the top of all that. So when this house came up for sale my Husband and I decided we would take on a new challenge and create a place you and your family can come and create some amazing family memories.
