HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments.
POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures.
Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, with a minimum rental of seven (7) days and forty-eight (48) hours notice prior to the check in date.
The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer.
*It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature.
*The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature.
*The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi.
*On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely.
* Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner has to send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.
