Thank you for your feedback, and I’m very sorry for the inconveniences you experienced. I apologize that the pool didn’t reach the desired temperature and for the access issue—you should never have had to wait to get in. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention, and we’re taking steps to prevent these issues for future guests. I’m glad you were still able to enjoy the pool, and I hope we have the opportunity to host you under smoother circumstances in the future.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the positives, especially regarding cleanliness and responsiveness. I sincerely apologize that the pool wasn’t heated to the level you expected in time for your Sunday visit. I completely understand how important that was for entertaining the kids, and I regret that it didn’t meet your expectations despite the extra request. I’ll review the pool heating process to ensure future guests have a smoother experience. I truly appreciate your honesty, and I hope we have the chance to host you again under better conditions.
