The Space:
This walk-to-beach 2-bedroom condo is part of a triplex (3 units) with 2 other
condos. This space is located up one flight of stairs.
Hard-to-find 2-bedroom setup for families, incredibly close to the beach.
Better arrangement than a large complex as easy with kids, gear, and
groceries. Pull up, park, walk up stairs to the left, and you're inside. Very
large pool area in the back shared with the other 2 condos.
The condo features all hard floors for a cooling effect after a day at the
beach. The colors inside offer a Caribbean vibe that guests have enjoyed in
the past. The pool offers shade & chairs.
This particular space has some updates, while other aspects maintain an
original beach vibe, unlike cookie-cutter spaces. If you are looking for a
brand new remodel, this wouldna€™t be a good fit. If you like a stay that is
unique and offers the opportunity for perhaps better memories a€" this is a
great choice.
The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, dishes, and a blender for some
nice frozen drinks after a long day at the beach + easy meal prep for families
to save money & frustration of waiting at restaurants.
*Free off-street parking space for 2 vehicles.
The maximum occupancy is 8 people (infants included) though this space
doesna€™t really sleep that. There is only a queen bed in each bedroom, and
the living room couch does not pull out. We can supply an airbed and pump for
extra space upon requesta€"please bring additional bedding if you plan on
using.
Since this is a triplex, you can book the other condosa€"Unit C (3) is next
door upstairs, while Unit A (1) downstairs is a full 3-bedroom but
heya€¦..inquire at least 90 days in advance if you want to book more than one
condo as this place always sells out as it is super close to the beach.
Maximum capacity would be 26 people if you booked the whole triplex FYI
This condo is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at
2600 Padre Blvd, 78597 and we are open 7 days a week from 9 am to 5 pm should
you need assistance.
Please note we allow a maximum of 2 vehicles off-street & a golf cart is
considered a vehicles. Parking on the side of the street is not permitted and
will result in towing at your expense. We do have security patrols for this
property at night.
While we do not provide a grill, BBQing is allowed in one of your 2 parking
spaces. Grilling by the pool is not permitted nor is music after 9 pm out
there.
Air conditioning and free parking are of course included along with
wifi/internet though as Spectrum is the provider, it can be spotty at times.
Towels and bed linens are provided, as well as a starter pack of soaps and
trash bags though it is not unlimited nor resupplied so please come prepared.
For stays longer than 3 nights, you can exchange towels and linens for free at
our office, South Padre Island Trips, at 2600 Padre Blvd.
Our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years of age or older and
present at check-in. Contact us prior to booking if you are under
25a€"exceptions may be possible.
Please take note we require an e-sign rental agreement with an attached photo
ID after booking. This is necessary to maintain our City of South Padre Island
Rental License. You may e-sign the rental agreement via DocuSign prior to
arrival to receive your door code. Provide your email address and attach a
photo of your ID to verify your age.
An electronic door code is provided to enter the property via text message to
the cell phone number on file by 3 pm on day of check in. We do not provide
door codes earlier as we cannot have guests attempting to park nor slowing
down maid service of course iŠ If you need a somewhat earlier check in,
contact our office on day of check in around 11 am and we can check for you
Our short term City of South Padre Rental License can be provided upon
request.

and agree to ALL house rules prior to booking.
