Terra Mar enheter B (nedre) och D (övervåningen) är två enheter av en 4-Plex ligger ett kvarter från stranden. Denna notering är för enhet B (Downstairs). Varje enhet är 1100 kvm. Ft. Med två sovrum och två badrum. Det stora sovrummet har en dubbelsäng, det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar, och det finns två kast bort sängar. Vi tillåter upp till 10 gäster, men bara ge sängar och sängkläder för 6 åkande.

Super close walk to beach access 19 where wanna wanna bar and grill is . Can get food and drinks there makes it convenient set up your own canopy or rent umbrellas and chairs at the beach. And walk back or drive back . Isla Bali restaurant across the street you can walk too French toast was amazing .

Wonderful place to stay

The condo was in a great location. My family and I loved the condo and will definitely come back again. It was very clean and the property manager was great to work with.

This is our second time staying at this property with our friend. It’s so well set up for families - extra bedding, rollaways, well stocked kitchen, places to hose off all the beach gear. It was exactly what we needed to refuel! Everyone is already talking about next year!

4th of July Stay!

My family and I stayed at this property for five days during the 4th of July holiday. The host was amazingly helpful and accommodating. I had to contact her late one night regarding a minor issue. She was very kind and gave guidance to resolve issue. We will definitely book again with this host!

Great rental!!

My family and I stayed here for a small getaway while meeting up with our family 4 houses down. It was such a great location close enough to the town but not too close because the amount of people during the weekend was CRAZY! It was about a block away from beach access. MUCH bigger than the pictures, clean and host was quick with communication. We did not run into any issues with this stay so it was perfect! Thank you so much!!

Excellent place with a wonderful host!

I have a large family so finding a place that is both affordable and still in a great location can often be a tough match to make. Not the case here. Debbie's place was beautiful and very well kept up! She was very respectful of our privacy and never came over or sent someone over to scope things out, yet was very responsive with any questions we had or anything we needed. Location was actually wonderful for us as being slightly south of the main drag put us about a block from the beach and 2 from the bay side. Was nice being able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted. Shopping, attractions fishing, etc. were all available within a few miles. If we come back to SPI, will definitely look into staying at this one or another of Debbie's places again! Thanks Debbie for a fantastic week!!! :) -Dan

Great Stay

I just wanted to comment on how Mrs. Butters handled an issue we were having with the A/C. Mechanical issues are going to happen even under the best of circumstances. I notified her late during the evening and she not only got some one out to fix the problem asap but she made sure that my family had a unit to stay in until it was fixed. She/her husband were extremely polite/attentive. I wish everyone did business like them. It would make the world an easier place to live. We have stayed with them the last 4 summers and have never had any issues. I highly recommend them to anyone. I will not stay with anyone else but them. My family is going to be life long customers

Perfect home away from home

We, a party of 10, comfortably stayed in this condo. It was affordable and cozy. Fully equipped for our week stay. The walk to the beach was so short! All the shops are close by, great restaurants! We loved grocery shopping and cooking ourselves in the adorable kitchen. Will come back for sure!

Clean, quiet, perfect

Kitchen was clean and reasonably well equipped. Livingroom, bedrooms, and bathrooms were clean. Landlord was responsive. Newer side loader full size washer and dryer were very nice. Walk a short block to the beach. Make sure you find out what's there before you buy what you need. Also, the parking spot for unit B is marked above the parking spaces on the bottom of the balcony. It's the left parking spot in the right driveway. Only slight negative is the TV is a little old but if you're watching it, you're missing the point of being there.

Wonderful experience

The condo was wonderful especially for the price we paid! We had no issues at all. The location was great. It was a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for all eight of us. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Perfect location and great place

Debbie is a great host! Our family rented out both upper and lower duplexes for our stay and she has everything you need in a perfect location. Walking distance to the beach on one side and gas station on the other side. Debbie is fast at replying to messages even when I probably bugging too much. Clean, spacious, and located perfectly. Will return to Debbie’s place!
