The private fenced-in backyard is an ideal space to savor a glass of wine under the string lights while grilling on the BBQ. You’ll find additional outdoor seating on the raised front porch, ideal for people watching.?

This property is subject to local regulations governing vacation rental properties.   Under local law, events, parties and outdoor amplified music are not allowed. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 8 guests, and rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00 \am. Any request for a pet to stay on the property must be approved by the owner, and an additional $250 cleaning fee applies. This fee does not apply to service animals.
