Boasting a comfortable design that’s ideal for a couple or a small family, Stillwater 3066 is nestled in the heart of the premier Lodge at Stillwater resort in the exclusive Mayflower area only 10-12 minutes to downtown Park City, 3 minutes to the Deer Vally Gondola and 3 minutes to the Jordanelle Reservoir. With a one-bedroom studio layout, the kitchen, dining, living space, and bedroom area are combined into one cozy, relaxing home.
Stillwater 3066 also features gorgeous mountain views from the large window and a central location that allows for easy access to all the nearby Park City attractions. Plus, there’s a plethora of community amenities to choose from too — such as multiple hot tubs, a fitness center, a seasonal swimming pool, and a game room.
Heated GARAGE parking is incredibly convenient, and the elevator will take you up to your front door. Once inside, the well-designed space begins with a spacious, FULL-SIZE BATHROOM that includes a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. Elegant ceramic tile floors are highlighted by a striking red accent wall in the hallway.
Next is the open KITCHEN, which, despite its smaller size, is fully equipped for preparing intricate meals or simply brewing your morning cup of coffee. Premier appliances include a stainless steel gas range, a Whirlpool microwave oven/vent hood, a spacious full-size refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Natural, wood-tone cabinetry provides plentiful storage options.
The LIVING AREA consists of an overstuffed leather and fabric sofa— which easily pulls out into a queen/full-size bed— that sits facing the incredibly cozy corner fireplace.
Next to the living area, there’s a SLEEPING SPACE with a queen-sized murphy bed that also faces the mountain views.
You're also right by the Deer Valley Gondola for Easy Ski Access! Instead of exiting the highway and turning left to go to the Stillwater Lodge, turn right! Then turn right again, and you're there! All the parking is FREE! Deer Valley runs a shuttle up and down to pick you up and drop you off at your car, so no hauling equipment! There are free ski lockers in the base, so you can leave your skis there overnight. You can even buy lift tickets right there, day or multi-day passes. There are clean bathrooms, boot heaters, and comfortable places to sit while getting ready to ski. At the top, there's a small restaurant (coffee and hot chocolate available) and easy access to the St. Regis facilities overlooking Snow Lake Lodge. When the resort is packed, the Deer Valley Gondola is much less crowded and makes it feel like you're skiing on your own personal trails.
Conveniently located just off Highway 40, Stillwater 3066 is right by the entrance to the gorgeous Jordanelle State Park, where you can rent wave runners, boats, and paddle boards in the summer months. The Tanger Outlet Stores, dozens of popular restaurants, and lots of major shops and attractions are only a quick drive away. And, of course, charming downtown Park City and the world-famous Park City ski slopes are right around the corner!
The Deer Valley Ski Resort is set to undergo a significant expansion that is projected to be fully operational by the 2024-25 ski season. Situated just across from the Stillwater Lodge Resort, this new luxury ski base area is poised to become North America’s newest world-class alpine village since its last development in 1981. The expanded village will introduce state-of-the-art ski infrastructure, including new ski lifts for skiers and mountain bikers, providing them with access to extensive terrain throughout both the summer and winter months. This expansion will not only offer breathtaking views of the stunning Jordanelle Reservoir but also feature a walkable commercial zone. This zone is designed to rival the charm and convenience of Park City’s Historic Main Street, making it a vibrant hub for visitors.
