Great stay

This condo is conveniently located across the street from a bus stop with frequent and quick service to the ski resorts. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the condo clean.

Super cozy space in the perfect location.

This is a warm and welcoming place to stay. The owners were very clear with communication and quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfection in Prospector

This was a last minute reservation for us! The location was perfect, we had a rental car but right on the bus line. The kitchen was well stocked! The bathroom was very spacious! The extra sink in the bedroom was nice too.We woul LOVE to rent this unit again!

Great Spot in Prospector Square

Property exactly as advertised. Fair price in a great location. Easy access to the ski areas (right next to multiple bus stops) and walking distance from multiple places to eat. We enjoyed the hot tub after some full days of skiing. If I find my way back out to Park City I would definitely stay again.

This was cute, cozy place to stay with easy access to transportation. I wish there were closer grocery stores - but that was really the only complaint.

Great spot in Park City for adventures!

The place was the perfect size for a getaway with a full kitchen to cook meals. It is located right off the rail trail for walking and biking.

Delightful!

This unit is just as advertised. Super clean, has everything you need and even things you didn't remember you needed. You can walk to restaurants, or take the FREE Park City bus anywhere you want to go in the city, the bus stop is just across the street. Owners are responsive and just a delight.

Fantastic

My husband and I had an awesome stay. Everything was perfect for our week long ski trip to Park City. Very convenient to the free bus. The condo had all of the amenities needed and is in close driving distance to the grocery store. I would definitely stay here again.

Prospector square condo

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. The location is really a good location for shopping and restaurants and easy bus access to any of the 3 mountains. The condo was comfy, well supplied and the host had described it very accurate in the listing. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The hot tub was a nice feature after skiing. I would stay here again in the future.

First time in Park City

City bus was a life saver. Parking lots had mountains of snow! We kept the car parked and took the bus to the slopes. We walked to dinner and the express care clinic (last day ouch on the slopes). Everything we needed after the slopes was walkable.

Nice, cozy Carriage House unit

Stayed here during the 2019 Sundance Film Festival. The unit is in the Carriage House, a big apartment building behind the Marriott Hotel/Sundance HQ, well located for festival purposes. I've stayed in other units there over the years and they can be dicey -- it's a ski-bum VRBO, basically -- but this is by far the nicest and most well-appointed I've been in. Everything laid out well and with taste (an unusual quality at the Carriage House), basic groceries in fridge, Duraflames by fireplace, even a printer (which ran out of ink after first use, but still). Owner was very accessible and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Greats Location, clean, and friendly host, But...

The condo is in an amazing location! Right on the bus route and easy to get to the mountain! The condo was very clean and comfy! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfy! Bathroom was also fully stocked. Also had great eats near by. Unfortunately we did have a few problems during our stay. Our first issue was during check in. The host was very nice and let us check in early. Yet had forgot.to.give us the codes to get in the building. We sat there for about 4+ hours trying to get ahold of her with not luck. If we knew it was going to be a problem we would have just gone and done other things when we had planned our entire night and around this. When we finally got a hold of her there was no apology given! Very hard way to start off a vacation. The next issue had to deal with hot water. They have a small 38gal hot water heater. That should be plenty two people to take two seven min showers. Unfortunately after my wife took exactly 8 minutes shower. The unit was out of hot water then we had to wait about 30 or 40 minutes for the hot water to re-heat. Again this was a challenge to get fixed and get out of a hold of the host. They did eventually come and did their best to fix it. We just try to keep our showers at 5 minutes each. Still very challenging getting a hold of them and getting it fixed... All in all the husband was very nice the wife was a little more challenging to work with.

Great location, very smooth check-in procedures. This place was everything I was looking for for a ski trip. I was solo but could easily have brought spouse and child. 10/10 would recommend!

Unit was clean, comfortable and really well stocked. There are several restaurants with a 2-3 minute walk and much more within 10 minute walk. It’s also right on the bus line. The bus does get really crowded during Christmas break though. We were allowed to check in a couple of hours early too!

This is a wonderful place to stay!

My husband, daughter and I spent the weekend in Park City for a soccer tournament. The stay was exactly what we were looking for. A comfortable, clean place with a kitchen. It is small, but had everything we needed.

We are from Pensacola Florida, and have been Skiing Colorado for years. We discovered Park City A couple of years ago, and fell in love with the town. We purchased this unit to use, and have others enjoy it too. The travel from Salt Lake City Airport to the Condo is only 45 miles, and there is bus transportation with the bus stop right out your door to take you anywhere you want to go. !!GREAT LOCATION!!

When we purchased the Condo, we found that the location of Carriage House in Prospector Square was perfect. When you walk out the door, the bus stop is steps away. There are so many restaurants in walking distance. out side Gas Fire pits, for roasting marshmallows, right out side next to the Marriott . Park City Ski Resort 1.2 Mi. away.
Take the Free bus any where you want, Downtown, Deer Valley, Canyons Ski Resort, Kimball Junction for a Day of shopping Park city has the best Transportation
