Convenient and reasonably priced given its Vancouver and central. Host’s communication was excellent. Unit could use a deeper clean. Hair dryer only has 1 level for heat which is a bit weak. AC is portable units through open windows - I note the area is quite noisy so this really isn’t optimal with no fans available as an alternative option. The stay was far from unpleasant and if in need of a convenient, affordable option - would definitely stay again. In any case, really appreciated the hospitality and prompt communication. Thank you!

The pictures are accurate, it was very clean and communication was appreciated. Unfortunately, the property is beside a park with many homeless people. The neighborhood at night is not safe to walk around. The 2 air conditioners were not ideal. They were noisey and vent through open windows which added more noise. They also don't allow you to completely close the blinds.

The unit is very clean, in a great location, and the Host was very responsive. Air Conditioning is provided via portable air conditioning vented out open windows that do not have a screen. Lots of mosquitoes. Bathroom fan sounds like a jack hammer - fine if you turn it off. Parking spot is close to the elevator but the person that parks beside you has a huge pickup - fine if you have a small car.

Excellent location! Couldn’t ask for a closer place to Rogers Arena and downtown Vancouver. The host was very responsive answering all my questions and very accommodating. Professional management. Attaining the keys was initially stressful after reading other reviews but actually it was quite easy. Located in a small convenience store right across the street from the condo there is a lock box at the back of the store that is automated. There was a concierge service next door to the key pickup/drop off to drop off bags if you arrive before check in time. They only charge a small fee. Very convenient. Place was clean and comfortable. Everything you need. The pool and hot tub are also a great bonus! Definitely recommend. Would stay again.

It was a good stay. Nice place. Checking out early process was difficult. Instructions prior too could have made it easier. Down town was a little worrisome but property was great!

We had a great stay at this condo in Vancouver. The location was great for us. Access, check-in and communication were great. No issues at all! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others as well

Great place for a quick getaway

Great place to stay for concerts!

Awesome location and very clean and spacious! Check in process was a little confusing as you pick up the key from the cafe around the corner and the apartment number wasn’t listed anywhere. Otherwise great stay! Would recommend.

Location was perfect and instructions were simple to follow. We enjoyed having separate sleeping spaces and the use of the pool area. Thank you!! Only suggestion would be to consider a scent free detergent for sheets and towels.

Great location for arena activities!

This was a lovely 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Awesome response time with communication. Very clean! The building felt very secure. Included parking is awesome! Nearby restaurants, grocery store and liquor for easy access. Would stay here again!

Property manager / host was great to deal with. I was a little confused by the key pick up as I'd never dealt with this type of box before. Once I figured it out, it was fine. When using the elevator, it's the BLACK fob, not the flat white / green fob. Would have been super amazing if there was a welcome book stating the amenities of the property, and instructions for garbage. Otherwise, location was perfect, and condo was clean & quiet at night.

Great stay - centrally located, comfy and clean!

We have just checked out after 5 days in Vancouver and the Crosstown was great! Check in and check our process was clean - description from. The hosts on everything from keys, to parking was perfect. Communication with the hosts prior to our stay was also great...quick to respond, and super helpful with any questions. The unit itself was clean and super comfortably - great bed, great linens. We also enjoyed the extra ammenities such as the gym, pool, and hot tub - all of which were clean and well maintained. The building is centrally located on the edge of Gas Town so it was a quick 10 min walk from loads of restaurants and bars, and 15 mins from downtown and the main harbour area. We attended a concert at Rogers Place and we could have walked home blindfolded it was so close and easy. The only caveat here is to stay WEST of Abbot Street as any further east and you start to get into some pretty sketch areas. We would go back and stay here in a heartbeat. Thank you, hosts!! Vancouver vacay

We enjoyed our stay. It was especially nice to have access to a workout room and lap pool. The parking garage was a bit challenging to navigate in our rental SUV (parking space was for small cars) but we managed.
