This villa is in a perfect location easy to walk to the main area but also in a quiet area , very clean really good hosts with very good communication. I would definitely recommend this villa and would love to return in the future

It was exactly as the website described. It is a beautiful modern Villa with lovely views and a fabulous pool area and very clean throughout We would highly recommend this villa. Karen and Chris are lovely people to deal with and if there is anything they can do for you to make your stay better they will.

A fabulous villa to stay at in Tias/Puerto del Carmen with plenty of room for all our family. The location is perfect just up from the main road and peaceful as well. Lovely villa with big-sized rooms together with an amazing swimming pool, pool table and table tennis table which were all used a lot. Instructions were easy to follow and carry out and the host was extremely helpful with any questions we had. A fantastic place overall and would recommend it and the host very highly to anyone staying in Lanzarote.

The villa is exactly as described and as seen on the photos. It was easy to check in and check out. Gill is a very friendly and responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the large garden with various seating areas. As it was a very hot week, we were grateful for the quiet and efficient air conditioning in the house. All rooms are very spacious and all beds very comfortable. The location is fantastic, max. 5 minutes walk to the beach, the supermarket and to very many restaurants but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy a quiet night. We would definitely book it again.

This is a lovely villa everything was so nice in a quite location. The pool was fantastic as was the showers in the villa. Tias is a nice quite Spanish small town and we walked to it every night from the villa. We highly recommend this villa and hope to return some day.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our first family vacation in two years. Everything is walkable from Kathy's property and the pool was fabulous. The house was clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely quiet time, the villa had everything we needed, was well appointed and Ana and Hans gave us lots of information about the area. They were very good hosts. The villa was very well situated, a short drive got you back into the hustle and bustle on the beach or near good restaurants and then back to the quiet of the villa.
