Agios Nikolaos villa rentals

We are a family of 7 with two young children visiting Crete from Boston. The villa was the perfect location with a separate suite on the ground floor. The property is beautiful with an amazing view. Despina is an amazing host who spent quite a bit of time with us the upon arrival filling us in on the local scene and making great recommendations on the best beaches and restaurants. she even left us some home cooked delicacies. So delicious! The villa is more beautiful than in the photos. And Elounda and the surrounding area has som much to offer Highly recommend

There are not enough words to say how perfect this villa was for our family of six adults. The villa was even more beautiful than the photos and every possible comfort was present—terry robes, plenty of towels, and two washing machines. The location was perfect— tavernas within walking distance and an many more within a ten minute drive. Our host, Rebecca, was a wealth if information and provided us with every possible creature comfort. Replacement items (I.e. toilet paper, light bulbs, etc.)were stocked and available. The pool was serviced daily and housekeeping came twice during the week. Both were wonderful. There were two covered parking spots and one additional uncovered space—perfect for our group of three couples. Waking up in the master suite to the sunrise over the sea was sheer bliss. The villa had an abundance of both places to congregate or quiet places to read or just absorb the beauty of the villa and the sea. If there was anything that I could recommend, I should have asked for a third set of keys. (My oversight—). We had three couples with cars and two sets of keys to the villa. (I am sure that if I asked they would have been provided) It was so hard to leave— it was perfect.

Fantastic villa. Easy walk to Sissi and the beach. We swam in the pool, picked our own vegetables and herbs, and collected eggs daily from the chickens. A wonderful stay for our family.

We stayed in the Fissi Villa for 6 nights and couldn’t have been happier with the villa, the location, the cleanliness of the property, and the host!! The villa is only 5-10 minutes away from 2 really nice beaches, and only 10 minutes from downtown Agios Nikolaos. The villa was surrounded by plants and flowers, with an amazing view of the water and mountains. The host Yanna was also SO AMAZING. She greeted us with yogurt and homemade candied fruit, and gave us detailed recommendations of places to eat, park, and visit. She came by an additional 2 times to treat us to homemade pies and a small going away gift. She was so friendly and helpful and really made the villa feel like home.

Nous venons juste de passer de magnifiques vacances en famille dans la villa de Monica et Serge. Une vue à couper le souffle sur la baie d’Elounda et l’îlot de Spinalonga, une très belle piscine pour se rafraîchir et de spacieuses terrasses pour des bains de soleil et pour admirer le paysage. Séjour vraiment relaxant, environnement très calme et proche en voiture d’Elounda. La villa est très bien équipée et très confortable. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette propriété et nous reviendrons volontiers y séjourner si nous retournons en Crête.

The house and the views here are one of a kind and will not disappoint. The sleepy little Greek fishing village of Elounda has an old world charm as well as fantastic contemporary restaurants. Steven and Esther have taken great care and thought to a house that has everything you will need for an amazing and relaxing vacation. From a chef's kitchen for great meals and BBQ's on the patio to an infinity pool that keeps on giving and giving. The house managers, Tony and Mandy were also very helpful in recommending a great butcher as well as any other wants, needs or questions. One helpful hint ... a sturdy vehicle is definitely helpful to get to this house as well as to navigate Crete. Thank you to Steve and Esther to making this vacation a memorable one.
