This listing isn’t exaggerating with the location being steps to the beach! Softest sand I’ve laid my feet on! Condo was clean and roomie, had everything you could ever need. Will definitely be back to st.petes beach! Thank you !

Our 3rd time staying at Stephanie’s seaside sanctuary! Absolutely love the location - proximity to beach, pine street shops and Rod and Reel pier restaurant. Cozy and functional beach accommodations, with laundry and a shed full of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and wagons. (Grandkids even made the shed their Fort!) Anna Maria island is max relax and Stephanie is a pleasure to work with!!

Wow, we couldn’t have asked fir a better location in historic Pass a Grille. Steps to the beach, favourite shops (Evander Preston and Bamboozle), restaurants and ice cream. Thank you for your hospitality, Deb.
