  • Great location, lots of space

"We fit 5 family members in this condo and had lots of space to move around in. Very clean and well maintained, had all the necessities and more with a fully equipped kitchen. Master ensuite was very spacious and the location was great. We mainly ventured around Richmond and this condo was so close to everything. No complaints at all, would definitely rent this condo again!"

  • Exactly what we were looking for.

"My husband and I were looking for a place to call home over the holidays and we very much enjoyed our stay here. Our host, Maha, was very friendly and available to answer any questions we had. There were several exrta touches that made our stay even better like the kitchen being stocked with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, oil, and sugar. The bathroom was stocked with hygiene essentials. And there was even slippers and an umbrella in the closet in case we needed them. My only suggestions that would have further improved the stay was if there was a note on the fridge or somewhere with information on how to access the wifi, how to work the fireplace, and where to dispose of garbage/recycling. I would also sugest a side lamp in the master bedroom and for the kitchen to be equipped with a roasting dish or cake pan as we had to go buy a disposal one so we could cook our Christmas Dinner. But overall a very pleasent stay where we created wonderful memories as we celebrated our baby's first Christmas. Thank you."

  • Vancouver Vacation

"Family of 5 from Wisconsin on holiday. Our first time in British Columbia, but frequent guests of home rentals during family vacations for many years. Kevin's place was certainly on par or exceeded many of our previous stays. The house is meticulously planned with both form and function in mind. Plenty of spaces to lounge around in, both inside and out. Felt immediately at home. Kevin worked with us on our very late arrival the first day. He was very attentive when needed and immediately available by phone. All with a relaxed west coast vibe. The location was fantastic with lovely vistas of the city. Easy walk to many restaurants and the ocean. We especially enjoyed the neighborhood restaurant The Truffle House for brunch and Thai Pudpong for dinner or take away. Bus stop for the 250 line just blocks away and makes for easy trips downtown. Plenty of quality groceries nearby to stock the kitchen. Although the house did already had some food, a welcome basket of snacks, beer and coffee waiting for us on arrival! Overall a great experience. Thank you again Kevin for the wonderful stay. • Beautiful house with a couple of drawbacks

"Three of us stayed at this beautiful house for a 'girls' weekend away. The location, the gardens and the house itself are all lovely with a view over the water and sunsets that really are spectacular. Everything you need is here and it is easy to drive in to West Van for dinners and shopping, lots of lovely hikes and walks in the area. The beds, particularly the bed in the master suite and the main floor bedroom were very comfortable and all of the linens etc. were beautiful and the master bedroom/suite was spectacular with a bathtub overlooking the water and lots of room. The downsides for us, and perhaps this was because we arrived at night was that when we walked in to the place, it did not feel very warm or inviting. The interior of the house is not what one would expect given the price. There are very few pictures on the walls, some of the rooms have only a few furnishings and overall in the living room/dining areas in particular it just leaves you with less than a warm and cosy feeling. When we got up in the morning and could see the gardens, view and the house in daylight, we better appreciated the beauty of the place. The only other drawback was the number of house rules posted in various places which just seemed a little much. But overall a beautiful place with a couple or drawbacks worth mentioning so others have a better sense of what to expect. Although we visited in the winder, i am sure in the summer the pool would be spectacular."
