  • Excellent Home for 5 Couples

    "We rented this home in early September for a sibling get together (5 couples). Thoroughly loved the home. Dining room table was just what we needed. Easily accommodated all 10 of us. This became our meeting place in the morning and ending every day with a few card games. Lots of stories to be shared around that table. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. Extremely easy to get to. WEGO transportation directly across the street. Certainly had everything we needed. The management changed hands while we were going thru our reservation process and was handled seamlessly."

  • Great Location

    "This little condo/apartment is in a perfect location. We stayed in condo #1 on the first floor. We walked to downtown and to the falls several different times and even walked down to the whirlpool from there (about 4 miles round trip). The bed was comfy and other furniture was well appointed. There is a pack-and-play available for couples with young children along with child-friendly dishes, cups, etc. WiFi worked great and TV was nice too, although we didn't spend too much time inside. The only things keeping me from giving this a 5 star review are: 1) Communication - There were no check-out procedures available and communication with the owner was not very prompt. Some listed check-out procedures would help as we weren't sure what to do with linens, trash, etc. It also took a couple weeks before receiving the security deposit back. Not a problem but would be nice if that was something we could have planned on ahead of time. 2) It's obvious the owners have attempted to make this place very nice but there were just a few small things missing that would really help it be 5 star -- they include: fixing towel racks and loose shelves in the bathroom, having extra light bulbs available as a few were burnt out or missing, providing paper towels or napkins as that was not something we packed since we expected it to be available, fixing the floorboard that came loose, and it could also benefit from some additional bowls. There were only very large and shallow pasta-type bowls but nothing you could have oatmeal or cereal in. We made do, but just a suggestion! 3) The dishwasher also didn't work. While it was only my husband and I, we usually rent properties rather than staying in hotels so we have the availability to cook our own meals. Having the dishwasher was part of what we liked about this place, so that was disappointing. Given all of that, we would still consider renting this property again since the location was so great and the important stuff was all there! Thanks!"

  • Great location

    "We had a great time staying at this home. It was located within walking distance to the falls, great eateries and attractions. Great convenience store 1 block away with many items for the traveler. The wi-fi stopped working on our second day there; for that I have to take 1/2 star away :("
