  • Very beautiful place to stay at

"The place was clean and beautiful. Very nice staff and very nice island to cruise around in by golf cart or bike. Went to sleep and the AC felt comfortable. And freezing to our 6 guests. Went fishing off shore and the view was very pretty and the water the clear crystal clear green and very pretty."

  • Beautiful quiet beach vacation

"The beach is absolutely beautiful. There are chairs and umbrellas available as well as kayaks and paddle boards. The condo also has floats and snorkel equipment. It's very quiet--when we were there, there was only one other family on the beach. The condo itself is beautiful and clean and Dean is responsive. We spent most of the time in the lanai and barbequed several times (including fish we caught). Everything was convenient and super cool to just use the golf cart to go everywhere. The area is really expensive, which is typical of the Bahamas. Your best bet is to shop in Marsh Harbour before going to Treasure Cay. Don't assume the condo has anything, even though some of the reviews talked about it being well equipped (probably depends on who was there before and what they left). We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, even salt. Luckily I had brought a couple Tide pods for laundry. The harbor is close and we would definitely recommend the Captain Mark tour to swim with the pigs and the stingrays. Also, don't miss pizza night at the Tipsy Seagull. We made the mistake of going out to dinner that night and were the only group there. The waiter said everyone was at pizza night."

  • Perfect location and great house!

"We had such a great time staying at Dunwanderin with our family! The location couldn't be beat as we were within two blocks of everything, with most of what we needed just at the corner - Vernon's and Munchies!! We used the entire space, from the long table in the eating area to the outdoor patio to the relaxing living area - it met our needs and then some! I'd recommend this quaint house to any group wanting to be in the mix of things in Hope Town!"

  • Incredible Vacation!

"From the time we arrived until the time we left we were made to feel comfortable. The views from the house and beach are amazing! We snorkeled almost every day behind the house and out about 100 yards. We had a storm blow through one evening so the next day we drove down to Sandy Point to find some shells. We rented the downstairs as a one bedroom but Joyce, the caretaker was nice enough to show us the rest of the house (we will be back with family or friends). Plenty of toys available to use such as kayaks, sunfish sailboat (we didn't use it as we didn't know how to put it together) along with inflatables galore and plenty of snorkeling gear (we brought our own). Met several people from the neighborhood and everyone was incredibly nice. Walks along the private beach almost every evening. Cocktails and star gazing on the rear patio! We went out snorkeling with one of the neighbors, who had a boat, and saw some of the shallow water reefs close by. Can't wait to come back. Easy access to the rest of the island but a very relaxing location."
