  • Awesome property!!

"This is a great house in a very quiet neighborhood. The views are gorgeous and the sunsets even better. Nothing can beat the direct access to the beach! There is a dive site right in front and the snorkeling is brilliant. The location is great, easy access to everything in a few minutes. The house itself has everything you need, kitchen is fully stocked, A/C in the living room is really appreciated. Booking was super easy, the driver was waiting for us at the airport, all smooth. The sun shines, the pool is warm but still refreshing, the wind blows in the palm trees, iguanas room around on the terrace and parrots fly above you, can't get any better! Don't hesitate to book!"

  • Location, location, location!

"My husband and I recently stayed for 4 weeks at this great property. Below is a short list of our pros and cons: Pros - Both manager and owner were easy to contact in case of questions or concerns - My mother joined us for half the visit. Having en suite baths from each bedroom was a big plus. - Lots of space and comfortably furnished for a long term stay - Very reliable and fast Wifi - Large outdoor waterfront patio (which we were unable to make good use of due to lots of rain) - The location catches trade winds very nicely - The A/C in bedrooms work very well - Portable fans were a big help in directing trade winds and cooling us during the day - Nice little library of books - There is little to no noise from other apartments Cons - No washing machine (A modern, clean Laundromat is located only two minutes drive away) - Common area pool, while large, we were disappointed that it was not maintained better. The first two and a half weeks of our stay, it was clean and clear, however the next week and a half, it became quite cloudy and a little bit smelly. - While there was a broom and mop available, there was no vacuum cleaner which would have been helpful. We look forward to staying at this lovely apartment again!"

  • Could not have asked for better!

"We have come to Bonaire quite a few times over the last 7 years, and always stayed at a dive resort. The convenience seemed greater than anything a house could offer. I actually argued against this house, and I have never been so happy to be wrong! I don't even know where to start. First off, let's talk about the house itself. The pictures online just don't do it justice. It is large and spacious and comfortable - perfect for a large group. There are 6 bedrooms, each with a private bath. It is missing the one crappy room someone always gets stuck with... there is not a bad choice of any of them. All have a slider to a patio or balcony with a sea view, all have king/2 twins. What was remarkable about this home was the quiet. I would wake in the morning and think I was the only person up, only to go to the kitchen and find everyone else up and laughing, breakfast preparation in full swing. This is priceless when on vacation with a large group of people with different routines and schedules - the feud of the morning people vs. night owls isn't a problem here! Two refrigerators seemed a bit much but in the end it was super convenient to have all that space. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Parking out front was more than sufficient, and the multiple gear lockers right by the truck parking was also very convenient. The location is SPECTACULAR. The seating area by the water is perfect, and the diving right out the back step was equally impressive. Evenings, about 5pm, a group of smaller turtles comes and frolics in the surf right out back. Every evening, we would all gather out there with a beverage and enjoy the show. In the morning, large parrot fish play in the same surf. The pool is literally one house down. A nice house isn't that great if the management isn't very good, and I can't say enough about Rob and his team. They were supposed to meet us at the airport with the key, but we changed the plan at the last minute - no problem! They adjusted accordingly. We had trouble with the gear lockers on the 2nd morning - no problem! Someone was there within the half hour to fix it. We locked ourselves out of the safe the night before departure - no problem! Rob came and opened it for us first thing. The entire staff was wonderful. There is only one downside to staying at this house, and unfortunately it is a big one. You see, you will have to leave. I promise you, you will not want to leave. See you next year Hamlet # 10!"

  • Fabulous House

"This is our 2nd stay in this house, the 1st time we were two couples, this time just my husband and I. The house is perfect for 1 to 2 couples with 2 en-suite bedrooms, has a nice living-room, breakfast bar, full kitchen and outdoor eating area. We've been to Bonaire approximately 15 times, and this is by far the best house we've stayed in. Here are some of the highlights: Quiet neighborhood Local house manager Gated yard with plenty of room to park Rinse tank/outdoor shower AC is also equipped with a de-humidifier, not just AC (big deal if you're from the SW of the US) Master bedroom has door to the outside, big plus since the houses are tiled in Bonaire and the floors are slippery when you're wet. FULL kitchen, with oven too and so much more.... and all about 2 blocks from the ocean... and awesome Belnem area diving."
