Welcome to Beach Villa 3, the most luxurious retrear on Bonaire. This amazing villa offers guest the ultimate luxury experience. The villa boast a serene environment with a private beach, where you can swim, snorkel, scuba dive of stand-up paddle board. For those who prefer to stay on land, the villa also features a beautiful infinity-edge pool, complete with a window that provides an underwater view.

Step inside the villa to find stylish modern furnishings and luxurious finishes throughout. With seven spacious bedrooms, each featuring its own private bathroom. The open living space, filled with natural light from large windows showcasing stunning beach views, sets the scene for unforgettable moments of relaxation and joy.

Immerse yourself in pure luxury at Beach Villa 3 Bonaire, where every detail is designed to make your escape an unforgettable experience of grandeur.

The listed rate is based on an occupancy of 1–2 guests. An additional fee applies for each extra guest, per night.

During the Christmas and New Year period, a minimum stay of 14 nights is required. Please note that a fixed rate applies for the villa during this period, regardless of occupancy. We kindly ask guests to submit their booking request based on 1 guest and to inform us of the total number of guests in their party. For more information, feel free to contact us.

The location was perfect, close to town but very private. Right on the ocean. Sunsets were amazing! The private pool was perfect! The villa has its of room and very clean.

Host was very attentive. Check in on us regularly for anything that we may have needed. Villa was amazing. Clean, comfortable and well furnished. Everything was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was fantastic. The home was very large, modern and clean. The hosts were also easy to work with, and they greeted my family with some nice treats to start off a fantastic week. The location was perfect, away from the downtown cruise vacationers, beautiful views of the water in our back yard, close to a great dive shop, and next to the Ocean Oasis, giving us a nice place to relax and have fun on Friday and Saturday night. I highly recommend this place.

Our group had a wonderful stay at the Beach Villa! We were a mix of half adults and have kids. We would 100% stay again. The views are incredible, the first-floor level is stunning. All the doors and windows open to get a refreshing cross breeze. Lena was always available and very accommodating with any questions we had and made checking in and out very easy. The location of the house was perfect. We usually stay in a different area of Bonaire but preferred this location and will stay here again because of the convenience to town and getting across the island.

House is very nice and in a great location for access to town and the southern end of the island. Pool is nice, but a bit small for our group and the heat in the hot tub was not working while we were there. They could also use a gas grill vs. the charcoal one provided. That said, there is a great kitchen that is fully stocked and the bedrooms and baths are model quality. All in all, a very nice villa for the price.

Perfect Villa and Location

After multiple trips to Bonaire, this is the best villa yet. We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Nov 24. The house is very large with space for large families and friends to spread out. It is well equipped with everything we needed throughout the villa. Beautiful sunsets every evening from the pool deck. The location is great with direct access to dive and snorkel. Its located on one of my favorite dive sites on Bonaire. Easy access to back down the rental truck to unload your dive gear with two wash tanks and a hanging rack. Ann was very helpful and stayed in touch with us during the stay.
