  • AMAZING HOLIDAY !!!! Beautiful Home and Awesome Beach !!!

"We just came back from a 1 week holiday in the Caymans and stayed in this beautiful home which was much prettier in person than the pictures show. When you walk in, the living room is breath-taking --- the ceiling goes up 3 floors with each floor overlooking the room below. To the south (?) the windows all overlook the ocean. It's simply breath-taking. We had 6 in our family and there was so much room -- every room was spacious. We snorkeled a lot of the beach and like the description said, there were fish hanging out at the pillars of the old pier. Afterwards, we all jumped in the hot tub. The property manager, Nadine, was very kind and helpful --- love her sense of humour! Apparently 1 of the rooms used to be rented out occasionally as a B & B, but this is no longer the case, now the whole house is rented. I have to mention the decor --- so beautiful! The interior decorator did an amazing job; the entire house is done in various shades of blue. Every room is beautifully decorated and the bedspreads are all ocean themed. It's absolutely perfect --- you truly feel you are away on a dream vacation down to every last detail. We will definitely be back!"

  • Outstanding diving and great villa for 8 adults and one two year old.

"Thanks for a wonderful stay on Cayman Calypso. It worked beautifully for our adult family of 8 and one two year old. After spending a wonderful week on Little Cayman with nothing to get around but bicycles, I was not sure that I would be happy on the larger and more crowded Grand Cayman. But East End was just great and unlike on Little Cayman, the car was essential. The diving was extraordinary off of East End with magnificent underwater topography, canyons, swim-throughs, tunnels, etc. Ocean Frontiers was a terrific dive operation and we enjoyed the Botanical Gardens and walking the Mastik trail. We spent a day going to the West End to dive the Kittiwake, and although the dive was great, we were quick to return to the the East end for lunch going to Compass Point for lion fish tacos. Seven Mile Beach is not our cup of tea. We preferred long walks on the beach starting at the public beach just up the road and towards Morrits Resort. As divers with Ocean Frontiers we had access to kayaks and used them quite a bit. Since it was lobster season and our son was experienced at catching them, we were regularly supplied with lobster caught at the reef close to the villa. The villa was well equipped and the property manager was very responsive with our few initial requests, including a replacement for the third floor studio fold-out bed mattress which was not useable. He supplied us with an inflatable mattress that we used on the floor and when that did not work because of pump problems he supplied a regular mattress. We ate in most of the time and did a lot of cooking. The kitchen layout was great for a group of people cooking together. The one downside in the kitchen for us was that we would have preferred a full oven with broiler rather than combo micro-wave convection oven. We used the charcoal BBQ quite a bit. We loved the cascading pools and spent a lot of time in and around them. Rarely was anyone else in the pools. We also loved the colour scheme of the villa complex and the villa itself. The master bedroom is really quite wonderful and a great retreat on its own. The layout works well for a big group even though the first floor kitchen, living dining room area is not that big."

  • Relaxing in Paradise

"We (3 adults and 3 children - 16, 8 & 2yrs) enjoyed our stay in Old Man Bay to the max. It was the perfect location, size, view and weather. We decided to go for a picnic someone on the east end, drove around and then realized we knew the perfect place... our condo. W had lunch at the gazebo, then had the pool and lagoon to swim and play. Thank you for allowing us to stay here and enjoy quiet Island life, and yet hit all the busy spots. We ate at Tukka's (they feed the birds at 5pm) and at Over the Edge. Went snorkeling, went to Hell, stingray city, dolphins, turtles, played on 7 mile beach , blow holes, starfish point, Rum point. I think we went to every corner of the Island. And always had a comfy, safe and relaxing place to go "home" at the end of the day. Check it out yourself, you'll be happy you did. Eight days of fun. April 2, 2016"

  • Perfect family getaway!

"Windward Cove was awesome. Maria, your written directions and things to do were so valuable in making us feel right at home. We were a group of eight, ages ranging from 66 to 23 and we were all amazed at what the island had to offer. Stingrays, sea turtles, friggets, starfish, tarpon, you name it....we saw it!!!! After a full day of sightseeing, it was great to go back to the house and prepare a delicious dinner. We too did not want to leave and will definitely be back !!!!! Jack and Maria, thanks for a great vacation!"
