  • Quiet Slice of Paradise

"Our family of four loved this condo tucked at the quiet end of Seven Mile Beach. The unit is just as described; well-appointed and clean. The kitchen had all the essentials and there were some basic beach items for us to use, which was quite helpful. The grocery store is an easy 5- minute walk and they let you take the carts back to the condo-- you just leave them near the street and the grocery store retrieves them. The view right outside the unit is extraordinary and we loved taking in the sunsets from the patio outside the sliding back door. It's a bit of a hike (across some tricky patches of rock) to walk to the main stretch of Seven Mile Beach. That had the advantage of making the location feel very secluded and private. Snorkeling was great right outside the condo, as there is an interesting sunken ship and relatively calm water. We loved the unit and the location and we would highly recommend it to a family or two couples."

  • What a find!

"We had stayed next door at The Reef previously and loved the area. Saw this condo and it had more than we could ask for in terms of space, location, and access to the beach. We had a wonderful week! The condo is amply stocked with anything you'd need to enjoy your beach vacation (beach towels, toys, etc), including a great kitchen so you can make your own meals! This condo is for you if you want peace and quiet and the sense that you're in your own home, but with access to great dining and the amenities of a resort when desired. The plaza across the street makes obtaining anything you need for food and beverage a breeze! Dealing with Carl was great, too; he was responsive and helpful and made the entire deal easy! Highly, highly recommended! We will definitely rent again!"

  • Perfect!

"We were a family of four and later adding one more making it five stayed in the unit for 6 nights and we loved it. This was my second time in the condos but first time in this unit and there is absolutely nothing bad to say, everything was great from the property manager to how confortable this place was. Not crowded, very peaceful and tranquil. We are from NY (we love to walk) so we found everything within close proximity making it easy to walk everywhere; the supermarket, restaurants, bars. Overall this place is highly recommended, its great for families with children (like ours)."

  • Nice secluded spot on the beach!

"Laurie's condo is everything she says it is. It is nicely appointed with all of the comforts of home. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, and I do mean everything, including a blender which was great for frozen drinks on the deck overlooking the ocean. The property is well maintained inside and out. The pool was clean and inviting and the grounds were well kept. There are plenty of towels and some floats/noodles and such available for use. Some snorkel equipment too. Along with a couple of beach mats, beach totes and coolers too. Plenty of extras as well from previous guests who paid it forward with extra items they left behind like sunscreen, bugspray, laundry detergent. Even a couple of beers in the fridge. We carried on the tradition in kind. The condo is in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle, very relaxing. There is good snorkeling right outside your back door. The other units were vacant during our stay so we had the beach and the pool all to ourselves! The is a small grocery and liquor store near by as well as a couple of restaurants. We rented bikes and rode to Rum Point and Starfish Point. You will probably need a car. There is another grocery and liguor store and a few more restaurants on the east side, about an easy 15 minute drive with almost no traffic. Boddentown had a few more places to eat and was about 20 minutes away. You never have to get into the "thick of it" if you choose not to. We only went into Georgetown once on a day with no cruise ships so it was pretty quiet. The drive took about 45 mins and was not bad. Google maps helped by letting us know when a roundabout was coming up but it was pretty straight forward. I definitely recommend this place, and dealing with Laurie was a breeze. If you are looking for a clean quiet place to stay in a beautiful location drop Laurie a line, she will answer all of your questions."
