  • Relaxed and quiet location, well-kept property

"My wife and I had a great stay at the Sea Lodges. There is amazing snorkeling just offshore in front of the property, and plenty of fun activities at Rum Point. The bioluminescence kayak tour is a must, as is stingray city. The beach is great for stargazing as well. The owners are friendly and prompt with communication. Can't go wait to return!"

  • The most amazing holidays in Grand Cayman

"We had the most amazing holidays in Grand Cayman Island!! The lodge itself is on the remote side of the island, so we enjoyed the peace accompanied with the sound of the sea. There is like a 12 lodges complex, having its own beach. The environment is very safe. The entrance to the sea is just perfect, we didn't need any special shoes. Boys (10 & 9 years old) were spending 4-5 hours in the water daily playing and snorkeling. There is one coral riff just at the shore, so it was safe for the boys. The lodge itself is fully equipped and very convenient. It even has a washing machine and a dryer, which made our luggage of only 2 suitcases. There is a barbecue equipment so we enjoyed our steaks & wine outside. We could use the home phone for local calls with no payment for it. It was very convenient to make any booking for excursions or restaurants. The lodge owner Dave is very supportive and beyond all expectations. He sent to us maps and what to do on island brochures straight to Canada in order we could plan our trip in advance. He also came with a lot of suggestions what we should see, visit, what restaurants to try and etc. He helped us to rent the car and pick up service from the airport and the company was extremely helpful. Our car was waiting at the lodge. The picking up guys even stopped at the grocery shop on our way to the lodge in order we could buy some basic food to avoid driving back and forth later. Everything is thought to every detail which makes you feel in paradise! We naturally had only to find the right plane in Canada & U.S., but as soon as we landed to Cayman Island my brains went off on vacations - the most amazing care organized by Dave. And yes, we didn‘t have to clean anything leaving the lodge. Dave said he wanted us to enjoy our holidays leaving everything to his people and he really meant it!! Dave, THANK YOU! Everything was AWESOME!!!"

  • Rum Point Retreat #31

"My husband, 15 year old son, mother and I stayed here for a week at the end of May. There is no more perfect location, in our opinion, on the island. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The owner was very easy to work with. She responded quickly to any questions both before and during the trip. Condo is on the ground floor, only steps to the beach. It is next door the Rum Point, very convienient for lunch, dinner, drinks, and to book excursions. Even though it is next to Rum Point it is well isolated by a row of hedges. There's a grass yard as you walk out the back door of the screened in porch. My son enjoyed going out early in the morning to take pictures of the land and hermit crabs. The beach is very nice with lots of lounge chairs available. Most importantly to us is the ocean. The water is beautiful, both above and below it. We've snorkeled quite a few places and this is definitely a favorite. We walked west to a public beach, got in and snorkeled back to the condo. We saw lots of things during these snorkels. We saw a spotted eagle ray, a nurse shark, and cuttlefish, just to name a few. We all agree this was one of our favorite trips and we can't wait to go back to #31!"
