  • Just what we needed!

"We stayed at Three Little Birds and it was perfect for us. Away from the crowds, a little piece of heaven, with privacy and amazing marine life twenty feet away! This was our honeymoon and we just loved how peaceful this area was. It is a beach house in the corner of the complex composed by other beach houses. Three Little Birds has an empty lot on one side, so total privacy! Not sure if they will build something soon there, but I am sure someone will. Such a gorgeous area! We had a car and moved around as we pleased. Kaibo restaurant is a five minute walk and has great beach atmosphere without being bombarded by tourists. We stayed during July, a low season, so that was our experience during this time. Star Fish point is a 10 minute walk and it is a pristine and incredible white sand beach corner! The water is amazingly clear, with sandy bottom where you can sea the starfish AND stingrays all together! It is a great place for snorkling. We used the beach house kayak and that was super fun. Thank you so much for making our honeymoon an amazing experience!!! Ingrid"

  • A peacefull location with everything you wish for.

"After a very efficient booking process with the owner Jackie, we spent two relaxing weeks at the condo. It is very spacious, light and has everything you may need: bath and beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV, hairdryer, lovely pool with sun beds and even an outside BBQ area. We were lucky to have the entire 10 block condos building to oursleves for most of the first week, but even with more families arriving during the second week, we always managed to have a pool entirely to ourselves. The location is perfect; with Rum Point and amazing Star Fish Point only a few minutes drive away and all the attractions of East side (Crystal Caves, Mastic Trail, Blow Holes, Tukka restaurand and Morritts Jetty) within 20-30 minutes drive. Thank you for sharing your lovely holiday home with us, we had a great time! The James family, UK"

  • Will go back again

"Truly a lovely spot. This was our second time back to Dream Kai and would definitely go back again. We have young children and having the option of going to the pool or the ocean is fantastic (our kids prefer the pool at this stage). Quiet and peaceful but close to places like kaibo or starfish beach. The house includes all the amenities we needed and Nigel is extremely helpful and responsive. You can't go wrong with this place. Thanks for sharing your wonderful spot!"

  • Wonderful Getaway

"My wife and I were able to spend a lovely 4 day getaway without kids at Kaibo Yacht Club. What a great escape. The condo is very well equipped and beautifully located right next to the water and overlooking the pool. The view from the screened deck looks like a postcard. My wife, who sunburns very easily was able to enjoy laying out on the community beach chaise lounges under the shade of very mature palm trees. The stress of the city immediately melted away. Enjoyed meals and drinks at Kaibo restaurant. Had great meal at the Monday BBQ at Rum Point. We explored the North and East side of the island (found some fantastic deserted beaches) and loved the feel of the East side. We toured the Queens Botanical Gardens and ate at the recommended Kurts Korner (my wife said it was the best grilled vegetables she's ever had). Mark was very good at getting back to us quickly with any questions. Everything was ready for us, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Community has many locals who were very friendly, you don't feel as if you are in a tourist trap area. We look forward to coming back and this time we might even bring the kids. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer."
