  • Beautiful Condo - Great Location

"We were impressed with this beautiful, well-appointed condo at the Kaibo Yacht Club. Overlooking the bay and beach, with a lively, friendly vibe, it was just the place to relax & unwind. The owner, Lynn, was a pleasure to deal with - knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. Had a great vacation!!!"

  • Cayman Breeze was a great place to stay for a week with friends!!

"The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities necessary for cooking meals. This place is perfect for a couples retreat or for small families. Our group really liked being away from the crowds of George Town and the cruise ships. Unfortunately, the North East wind was bad all week so we weren't able to snorkel in front of the condo. However, a short 5 minute drive to Rum Point the snorkeling was great. We really like the food at Tukka's restaurant on the East End and also enjoyed the local favorite "Over the Edge" as well. Over all a great place to visit and definitely would come back to Cayman Breeze!! Happy Easter to all..."

  • Great place to stay in a great location

"We found No Snow to be very much as described. The location is wonderful. The Rum Point area where it is located is about a 45 minutes drive from the main island town. The density of tourists on the north side, even in peak season, is low. There are some local restaurants, public beaches, and a convenience grocery store for times when a trip into town is not warranted. Grand Cayman roads are well maintained which made driving on the British side a bit easier. The view from the property towards the Caribbean is beautiful. To our surprise, we were informed a month or so before arrival that the owner had added a small pool to the property! Upon arrival we found the property to be clean inside and out. We were a big multi generational family group and there was lots of room for both joint and separate activities. The kitchen is large, equipped to a good standard, and made cooking for a large group easy. There were plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, pans...and even two toasters. (The bread at Kirk's supermarket in town is excellent!) Grocery shopping with availability of both U.S. and British products was fun. The supermarkets reflect the high standard of living on the island. There is a local property manager who can be easily contacted in case of need. There was lots of room on the street side of the house to park rented cars. Rented cars are a necessity. We had dry, breezy, and warm weather with very little need to run the air conditioning. We did not notice any lack of hot water. All in all, hard to imagine a nicer place to stay for a family reunion! I was in charge of planning most of the trip and Don, the owner, made me a hero for finding such a wonderful place to stay!"

  • Spring Break

"We just got home from Grand Cayman Island and we can't wait to go back. The owners were great to work with. I emailed Wendy several times asking questions about the island and what to do, where to get groceries, etc. She was always prompt to get back to me right away. We were lucky enough to meet Wendy and Sacha when we got to the condo. They were just as sweet as can be. I felt like I knew Wendy since we had emailed back and forth so much. The condo is exactly how it looks in the pictures. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We bought groceries in Georgetown before we headed to the condo. There isn't a grocery store close by the condo. The beach is clean and we saw several starfish in the water just feet from the condo. We actually saw more starfish at our beach than we did at Starfish point. The pool was nice and sometimes we had the pool all by ourselves. We rented a kayak and a stand up paddle board right next door and had them for the whole week. We took the kayak to Starfish point almost every night to watch the sunset. There was a rope swing at Starfish point and my son loved playing on that. We spent lots of time at Rum Point which was just 1 mile away. It was only crowded on Sunday otherwise we were always able to get a beach chair. We had lunch there and it was really good. The tropical drinks were fantastic too. The water is clean and warm. Our son had so much fun playing there. We did lots of snorkeling there too. This was our 5 year old son's first time snorkeling and he absolutely loved it. We spent one day at seven mile beach and while it was breathtaking we liked the quieter north side of the island. We snorkeled at Smith Cove one morning and that was fantastic. We would definitely do that again . We made a stop at the Blow holes and it's worth seeing for a few minutes. We went to the Botanical Gardens and that was the only thing we were disappointed in. We were hoping to see the blue iguanas there. We bought the basic self walking tour tickets. When we got inside we saw signs that said they were in a breeding area because dogs were hunting them. No one told us that when we bought our tickets. We went to the beach BBQ at Kaibo which is just next door. This was a lot of fun. They have live music. Our son had fun doing the limbo. The weather was perfect every day.....about 82 degrees with a light breeze. We have fallen in love with Grand Cayman and we will definitely go back."
