Coral Loft: vida informal con un toque lujoso en Gran Caimán

Esta casa de playa de cuatro dormitorios se sometió a una renovación exhaustiva que incluyó la adición de una piscina a fines de 2013 y una cocina exterior en 2018. Coral Loft está directamente en el océano en el vecindario Cayman Kay, a una milla de la famosa playa de Rum Point. La casa se encuentra en lo alto de una cresta alta, que ofrece vistas panorámicas del océano y del North Sound (desde las ventanas del desván). Las ventanas y las puertas de vidrio del patio inundan la casa con luz solar y las vistas al océano son impresionantes. El patio frente al mar cuenta con una piscina que permite a los huéspedes sentarse en la piscina y disfrutar de la brisa marina y las espectaculares vistas. Bajando las escaleras desde el patio se encuentra la cocina al aire libre y luego la playa privada de arena, perfecta para nadar y bucear.

En el interior, la vida informal permite cenar en el bar de la cocina con vista a una cocina con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y todas las comodidades para cocinar (o no). Hay un comedor para comidas familiares con vistas a todo lo que los jardines tienen en exhibición durante el año. Tres de las cuatro habitaciones ofrecen impresionantes vistas al mar, y el North Sound (incluido Kaibo Yacht Club) se puede ver desde la habitación tipo loft.

Maya is an AMAZING host, outstanding communication and just the sweetest ever! The property was just what all of the previous reviews indicated: roomy, clean, fully stocked and comfy, comfy, comfy! Views were amazing, lots of seaweed but you know what? We made serious use of the pool! We loved it, wouldn’t have changed a thing, nature is what nature is, we had so much fun and made so so many memories…thank you Maya!

Perfect spot for a true getaway. Maya was such an attentive host. She gave us top notch concierge service and was incredibly responsive! The view was spectacular and the house is fully stocked with everything you could need. Would highly recommend!

This was our first VRBO experience, so we were little nervous. Maya was very easy to communicate with, and provided us with lots of helpful information about the island. She even checked several times after our arrival just to make sure everything was ok .The house and the property are just beautiful! We loved the privacy, extra space and all the amenities of a house. The north side of the island is quiet and just lovely. I highly recommend Coral Loft. We will definitely be back .

House and property was beautiful! Fit my family perfectly. Everyone had their own room and space to chill. Maya was so wonderful to work with from inquiring of the property to deposits and check in. Perfect host. We even were surprised with Rum Cakes and a bottle of champagne! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent place to explore the island from, and get away from it all at the end of the day. The beach area inside the reef was always available for swimming, with some nice sandy bottom holes to relax in. Check out the stingrays at stingray city and the turtles at Shotts Beach if you can. Special places indeed.

Coral Loft was absolutely perfect for our family. Communication with host was perfect from the beginning through the end. The amenities were exactly what we were looking for. Maya’s recommendations for trips and eats were just what we were looking for. Location and being able to snorkel out the back door was awesome! Highly recommend!

Great location and home

Enjoyed a long weekend with family and the house was amazing. Very clean and has everything you need. Having a pool was a bonus. Highly recommend and would like to rent again in the future.

We had a lovely time at Coral Loft for four nights. Maya provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and boat charters. The house was clean, airy, and comfortable for our group with a kitchen stocked with plenty of spices and pots and pans in good condition. Board games and Xbox with Kinect were hits with my kids when we needed a break from the sun. The baby/toddler accessories were much appreciated and in excellent shape. The pool and beach is what sets this place apart and the hosts make sure you’re able to enjoy it with plenty of loungers, floaties, water shoes, and snorkel gear available. Unfortunately the wind was quite strong for all of our stay and the pool a bit chilly, it probably would’ve felt more refreshing if it weren’t for the wind but nothing anybody can do about that. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and tranquility on the beach at Coral Loft.

Just absolutely stunning. Maya is awesome. The house was gorgeous. Definitely PARADISE. Couldn't have asked for more. The kitchen is stocked and I have to assume Maya is definitely a lover of food. Well-appointed house

House was well equipped and decorated. Plenty to do. Short ride to Rum Point. Especially appreciated the bikes and water toys. Staff was welcoming.

Great Retreat!!

We stayed with a group of nine and it was the perfect property for us! We had a private slice of beach and it was in great proximity to Rum Point and the new addition of Crystal Caves! Check in and communication with Maya was a breeze and she supplied us with so much useful information before our trip. Would definitely book again and recommend this house to anyone who needs a quiet place with a lot of space!!!

Just terrific

If you're interested in quiet, and solo swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and generally just hang with your group, this place is fantastic! There is some great food and a bioluminescent bay tour on Rum Point, but it's quiet and removed from Georgetown. Which, for us, was perfect. HIGHLY recommend!

Loved it!

Maya was a wonderful host - she communicated with us many times prior to arrival, assisting with booking excursions ahead of time, ordering groceries, and ease of getting around the island. Coral Loft is bright and cheery and worked well for our family group of 10 including grandparents, teens, and kids! Highly recommend!!

Amazing experience. Maya was extremely helpful the entire booking of the trip and also during.

Absolutely beautiful home. Unfortunately our weather wasn’t the greatest but we still were blessed with the setting. Home was clean. Perfect for us 7 ladies! Thank you so much!

I have been a VRBO host for the past 6 years, and I put all her heart in welcoming guests at Coral Loft since then.
Grand Cayman has a lot to offer and I provide my guests information about car rentals, excursions, private chefs and suggestions of restaurants.
I enjoy receiving feedback after each stay and I am delighted when I see guests coming back to enjoy the villa.

This beach house has some of the most intriguing views on island - Coral Loft is on a high ridge allowing both sea and North Sound views - yet it is just 8 steps away from the sandy private beach !

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

My family fell in Love with this home as soon as we walked in. We saw the vision for a casual beachy feel including open plan living (with just enough nooks for privacy when desired), cove lighting and wood strip ceilings. Bonnie, the previous owner, has done her best to enhance what was already there with an extensive renovation highlighting the best of beach living. Casual enough that sandy feet are no bother but with luxurious finishing when it is time to settle in.
In 2018, we added an outdoor kitchen with stunning sea view.
In 2022, we added wall dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and soap, and a Nespresso machine for our guests.
In 2024, we closed to add a 5th bedroom extension which can be booked through VRBO listing 4079245 . We are delighted to welcome guests again!
