  • AMAZING!!

"While there is a big part of me that doesn't want to write about this place, so I can keep it a SECRET from the rest of the world, it really is something that should be shared. This bungalow/house/beach getaway is right on the best and most beautiful real estate in the country. While the condos and hotels around it go for ~2 mill or hotels in the upper hundreds to low thousands per night, respectively, this place is both updated, personalized and not tacky like some beach houses are. The beach right by the house (read: Grace Bay) is INCREDIBLE and the best beach I have personally been to. The house has all the amenities that you would need and the service from the Debbie and her friend are fantastic. There is shopping within walking distance, but it is far enough away/secluded enough that you won't be bothered by crowds. I left my shoes (in the room/apartment space we rented) after we had checked out and my flight was about to leave (we had around 30 minutes before boarding). I texted her in a last-ditch effort, in case she would check her phone, and she flew right over. I honestly couldn't believe how quickly she brought the shoes!! I am absolutely going to come back and will only come back to this house. It was perfect; couldn't have asked for better."

  • Miami Vice One

"TC Villas was really easy to work with. I emailed back and forth with them quite a bit leading up to our honeymoon and they were always quick to respond and very helpful. Miami Vice One was an awesome villa! Very new and very clean. Exactly like the pictures. The open floor plans and huge glass windows made for great views all the time while being in the villa. We especially loved sitting on the upstairs deck with coffee in the mornings. The other great feature of this villa is that they give you a kayak (2 person/ 3 person) that you can load up with a cooler, and paddle just a couple minutes over to secluded Sopadilla Bay beach which is incredible. You can paddle right up on the beach and sit in the shallow clear water and drink a beer. It's great! The thing they don't really tell you until you ask is the security though. So I think it's helpful to mention that there is a big metal gate that can only be accessed by gate key or special code which is changed upon your arrival. It prevents anyone from coming in the main drive. The villa is also located right down the road from a police station. These two things set up for a pretty secure feeling. Also, don't read a bunch of stories about bad villa experiences on Grace Bay in regards to robberies and so on. It will make you paranoid at night time, when you don't need to be ha! This part of the island is quiet, laid back, and again, pretty dang safe. I've spent a lot of time in the Caribbean and this island is a good one! Loved our trip and Miami Vice One!"

  • Beautiful Condo in a Gorgeous Location!

"Our family of four spent the Christmas/New Year's holiday week at this beautiful condo suite in Provo. The pictures are 100% accurate...the condo is huge, spotless and has an amazing location steps from the pool and beach. Everything you need is provided, and extra kudos for very comfortable beds. Andrea (local manager) was very responsive and a delight to interact with. The on-site beach staff, especially Jerome, were wonderful and made sure we had prime beach chair locations each day. Even though we weren't renting from Coral Gardens, the staff in the front office was helpful when we had questions. We love to snorkel, and the reef right out front provided many hours of underwater beauty. The only drawback is that the beach attracts folks from all over who come to snorkel, so it is more crowded than areas to the right or left of the Coral Gardens. We loved having Somewhere Cafe right on property, for the excellent food, drinks and entertainment. All in all, a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!"

  • Perfect Family Getaway!

"This was the perfect spot for a getaway with our extended family - 10 people including a 3 and 6 year old. The configuration was ideal for four couples + the two kids, plenty of "personal space", but also a large common area for games, bonding, or just chillin'. We split our time between the house, pool, and beach. We "cooked in" for most meals and had dinners around the huge table on the patio. The Graceway IGA has most everything you'd want, but be prepared to spend some $$. The advice to bring half the clothes and twice the money definitely applies! Still, it was much less expensive than eating out. There are food stores which are cheaper, but without as big a selection. The property has every convenience and is well maintained. Daniel and Priscilla, the local property managers, were attentive and informative, and took good care of us. A nice surprise was an abundant supply of games, beach & pool toys and reading materials. The kayaks and snorkeling equipment got a lot of use, including some trips to the reef (over a mile, not for the faint of heart!) Location really is a short ride from the airport; a big plus to avoid a long car ride after a long plane ride, especially with little ones in tow. A car (in our case two) is pretty much essential. While it's tempting to hunker down in the Villa there's much to see and do around Provo, but it requires a car to get almost everywhere. We would recommend Castaway without reservation, and look forward to a return visit."
