  • property was well maintained, beautiful views, enjoyed our stay

"We had a great week in St. John staying at Southern Cross. Property was well maintained and Craig Crandall was always available to assist us with questions/concerns. Washing machine was broken during our stay but Craig saved the day and then some! He took our laundry in the morning and had it back within 5 hours all cleaned and folded. New beach towels were also provided. In addition, we were given a gift certificate to Lime Inn for the inconvenience. Great service! Would consider staying at Southern Cross again. Thank you!"

  • Beautiful home with great views

"Wonderful experience overall. Julie and Dave were extremely helpful arranging activities ahead of time (e.g. in-house massages, boat trip etc.). The house is perfect for 4 couples. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen, washer/dryer and especially the pool. Highly recommend!"

  • Another fabulous vacation!

"Our family recently returned from another wonderful stay at Kia Ora! Everything is lovingly maintained and just as perfect as the year before. The view is spectacular and the layout of Kia Ora takes advantage of the water, sunsets and twinkling lights of St Thomas. We like being close to Cruz Bay, and yet feel so far removed from it all. The pool was great (we brought blow-up loungers and thought that was the best idea any of us ever had - other than staying here) and we were visited by the resident iguanas who just liked to swing in the trees and watch. This is a great layout, as everyone has their own space and yet we're not far away. We so appreciated the rolling coolers and backpack beach chairs (especially when I made everyone "hike" to the beach near Waterlemon Cay so I could snorkel - and it was worth it!). It was unusually rainy (so we were told) and the covered sitting area allowed us to be outside and yet away from the elements. There are plenty of towels, showers are fabulous and bedding comfortable. Kia Ora definitely has a "home" feel, and not at all a like sterile rental property. I keep tacking on a night each time (up to 9 in 2018!) :-)"

  • Three generational getaway

"Our extended family stayed at Paradise Revisited over the Christmas holiday. The house easily accommodated the 7 of us. The house and grounds are lovely, with spectacular views. There are two bedrooms on the main level with the kitchen / dining area, etc. and two bedrooms downstairs, at pool level. We were interested in this property because of the easy access from the parking area and close proximity to town and beaches. Each of the bedrooms comes with its own bathroom; however, the two down stairs bedrooms are only accessible by going outside. It is notable that there is no common main level bathroom, making it necessary to enter a bedroom to access one. The kitchen was very well equipped. I agree with the previous reviewer that our only concern was the mosquitoes, which made sitting outside in the early morning unpleasant and some mosquitoes also managed to find their way inside."
